Mahana at Kaanapali is an OCEANFRONT resort located on the NORTH BEACH section of the famous Kaanapali Beach on West Maui. We are located just north of Duke's restaurant and several miles from the recent Lahaina fire. Our resort had no damage as a result of the Lahaina fire.
Mahana Unit 1205 is a privately-owned One Bedroom / One Bath oceanfront condominium for vacation rental directly from the owner at reduced rates. Mahana 1205 is approved by Maui county as a legal vacation rental. Mahana 1205 is located on the top (12th) floor with ONE bedroom and TWO bathrooms. Mahana 1205 in the north (Molokai) building of The Mahana resort. This luxury oceanfront condo has all the amenities to make your Maui vacation a memorable experience. We are in full compliance with COVID-19 cleaning procedures.
We also own a One Bedroom/One Bath Mahana condo (Mahana 1217) listed under VRBO #364287. Also, visit our rentals at StayOnMaui.
The Mahana is a Smoke Free Resort.

Cancelation Policy: You will receive a 100% refund if your booking is cancelled at least 60 days before your arrival date. You will receive 100% refund if a national security incident or a government restriction critically affects your ability to travel to Maui.

This condo was very clean, and great condition. You can tell the owners take pride in there property. The building was a great location with 10 minute walk to groceries and restaurants. The property was very clean and the people were very friendly. The pool area was very nice and easy access to the beach. 10 out of 10.

OMG! This unit is phenomenal! We loved it so much it was hard to leave the unit. The breathtaking views and ocean activity kept us enthralled! Can’t wait to do it again!

If you want to watch turtles this is the place for you

Excellent viewing of sea turtles from the condo, (early May) and the islands and ocean views are fantastic through out the day..

Beautiful place that is right on the beach with a stunning view! One of the only areas on the island where you can see turtles from the resort. The place was exceptionally beautiful with a well designed floor space that gave us lots of room! My wife and I stayed here during our honeymoon and we were blown away by how nice and well kept everything was!!!

Best Whale watching spot.

My Wife and I loved the view from this Condo. Sitting on the Lanai for hours and seeing so many whales was amazing. The condo was clean and comfortable.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The view was amazing. The kitchen was so well stocked. We've never stayed anywhere with that much kitchen supplies. The bed was comfortable. We would definitely go back.

A lovely place with a breathtaking view. We especially appreciated the 2 Reclining chairs. Perfect for us two active seniors. A perfect place to celebrate our anniversary.

We had an amazing time and loved this property! It was exactly as advertised and the view is breathtaking, for sure. We enjoyed watching turtles, seals and amazing sunsets from the patio. Getting in and out of the unit was easy and the location was convenient to so much to see and do. We did not want to leave. I would definitely book this property again.

Great Ka'anapali Condo

We typically stay in this area at one of the other condo complexes in the same area. Our first time at Mahana, and we would definitely stay again. The property is all that is advertised. Check-in was a breeze, and communications with the owner were great. We hope to stay again! Thanks!

The pictures do not do this condo justice. You walk through the doors and you immediately feel like you’re in the ocean. I’m sure other places are nice but I don’t think you can get a better view then from this location. Truly stunning!

Unforgettable Stay with a Gorgeous View

Our stay was perfect! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with stunning views that truly set the tone for a relaxing and unforgettable vacation. The location couldn’t have been better. Quiet and peaceful, yet close to great local restaurants and shops, We were able to enjoy both relaxation and adventure in equal measure. The sound of the waves crashing just outside our window at night made for great sleep.The property was well-maintained with beautiful landscaping and a sparkling pool that added to the tropical experience.Overall, this Maui oceanfront condo met my every expectation, and I can't wait to return. Highly recommend!

We had an incredible stay at this condo! The owner was very responsive and helpful whenever we had questions. The unit was spotless, and all the appliances, cookware, and utensils were high quality, making it easy to feel right at home. The view was absolutely stunning—directly overlooking the ocean.Snorkeling just a few feet off the reef felt like swimming in an aquarium—we saw turtles, seals, and even dolphins! We didn’t feel the need to book a snorkeling tour because the experience right outside the condo was just that good. The beach was perfect for relaxing and soaking up the sun.At night, the sound of the waves made for the best sleep we’ve had in a long time. The complex also features a nice pool, hot tub, and convenient gas grills. Just next door is a five-star beachfront restaurant, and everything you need is within walking distance—grocery stores, food trucks, and the best cinnamon rolls we’ve ever had.Overall, this condo and location exceeded our expectations. If we return, we’ll definitely try to stay here again!

The room was very comfortable and also clean. The host was welcoming and responsive. The kitchen was extremely well equipped. The location was perfect with the Beach View and a Mountain View on the exit side when leaving the room was incredible as well. There were lots of extras available like beach chair, starter supplies, and coffee for our first day. The location was perfect and easily accessible to restaurants, grocery, shopping, attractions, etc. while still feeling quiet. Be mindful of the nature of being in a condo community: maintenance is ongoing so we had no AC for over a day while we were there. We had notice and it was not a major hardship because it was easy to open the lanai and use the screens to welcome the breeze each night. The only minor issue was lots of long hair found around on the floor, bathroom, and washer/dryer, which may have been hard for cleaning to remove. We would still book this exact property again.

Maui in Winter

The Aston Mahana is low-key as resorts go, but has everything we need and want. It is right on the water, every room has ocean view. No restaurant, but great restaurants such as Duke’s are close by. Other local restaurants and food trucks also nearby. This unit has an incredible view of the ocean, Lanai and Molokai from the top floor.
