Only 2 mikes from the square!
This condo is two stories with the master suite (king bed and bathroom), the kitchen, dining room, living room, and half bath on the first floor. The second floor has two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with two twins bed. The study had been changed into a small bedroom with a trundle bed.....(2 more twins!) Full bath upstairs also. The couch in the living room may be used as a place to sleep and I have a queen size air mattress.
The front of the condo faces the far end of the airport (excess land0 which gives you a nice enjoyable view. A deck has been added for viewing the planes as they arrive and depart, wild life, plus a Weber grill for grilling, and festival lights to keep the spirit high.
I have a small courtyard/walkway that is the entrance to the home which can be be uses as a patio.

Hello, I am a retired elementary school teacher from Grenada, Mississippi which is 50 minutes from Oxford. After 10 years in Winchester, TN, I decided to move to Oxford to be closer to my family. I love the Oxford area and all the sports, activities, and resturants it has to offer.

I fell in love with this property since it is so close to everything. It is a well built home in the middle of town but the front overlook the far end of the airport which is only meadow. It is nice and quiet pus the view is the same as looking at a meadow with trees in the background.

I am 2 miles from the football stadium, 2.2 miles from the baseball stadium, and 2 miles to downtown Oxford.
I am in th process of having a deck built under the trees in front of the house so you can enjoy the outside area.
