The property was clean and the host had great communication. The unit had a well stocked kitchen and there were beach items available. We enjoyed our stay and would love to return sometime in the future.

My family of four enjoyed our time at the hula hideaway! It was beautiful and had everything we needed. The host was very responsive on the few occasions we reached out and was able to meet all of our needs quickly. Would for sure stay again!

The unit was very clean when we arrived. The resort grounds were also well taken care of. The pools were a lot of fun. The unit had 3 beach chairs and umbrella, boogie boards and some sand toys. There is a market and coffee shop in the lobby and it is walking distance to another grocery store, food truck park and many other food options! Great location on the beach, we swam and snorkeled at the beach in front of the resort almost every day and saw sea turtles each time.

Beautiful Property, Great Location, and a Wonderful Stay!We had a fantastic stay at Honua Kai! The property is beautiful, well-maintained, and incredibly convenient to restaurants, shopping, and activities. Check-in was a breeze, parking was easy, and the resort amenities were excellent.The condo itself was beautiful, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet. The beds were great, and we had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Being just a five-minute walk from the beach and a short drive from some of the best snorkeling spots on Maui made the location even better.There were just a couple of minor things worth mentioning. Some of the provided beach gear has seen better days and could use replacing, and the cleaning crew could pay a little more attention to areas at little-kid height, particularly around doors and walls. That said, these were very minor details in an otherwise wonderful experience. The host was extremely responsive and even offered to replace the beach gear had we brought it to their attention earlier in our stay.Communication throughout our stay was excellent, and we really appreciated the hospitality. None of the small issues would give us any hesitation about staying here again. We’d happily book this property on our next trip to Maui!

Stayed at Honua Kai resort. Host was very communicative with excellent instructions on how to check in and set up wifi and responsive to our needs. Kitchen was well stocked with all you need to cook. Place is clean and having central A/C really made things comfortable. Beds were comfortable including the sofa bed that my kid slept on. As for the grounds, they were well manicured with multiple pools and jacuzzi's. Beach was nice as well. I would definitely stay here again.

We had an excellent stay, and would recommend. The unit was very quiet, well cared for, and conveniently stocked with beach toys, kitchen supplies, and everything else we needed. Great communication from the host, and overall an excellent resort.

Great location, clean and comfortable!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great condo, view of the mountains in the back and very clean. The only downside at all is lack of storage for groceries but great customer service!

Great location

Very comfortable condo, fully equipped. The owner was very thoughtful even in small details to make our stay memorable. The resort has fun pools for all ages and right on the beach.

Host was responsive and place was clean. Housekeeping by came into our unit after we checked in without letting us know, host apologized. The dryer would run for over two hours and our stuff wasn’t dry, it would’ve also been nice to have more dishes so that we didn’t have to run the dish washer as often.Overall good stay, the resort is nice.

This stay was amazing for our family, the beach access was very useful. The pools and all the amenities around the property we loved. The condominium has a washer and dryer unit for dirty clothes. The balcony had so much room as well. I recommend this stay if you are looking in the Kaanapali areas. Would stay here again in a heart beat.
