Property located in the Historic Logan Circle, 4 Blocks from the Convention Center. This vacation rental features 3 bedrooms & 2 ½ baths. The main level has ½ bath, a cozy living room area w/queen size sleep sofa, dining area that seats 6 and up to 8,modern kitchen w/granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, dishwasher and outdoor patio.
The Upper level has master bedroom w/queen size bed and en suite, 2nd and 3rd bedrooms w/full size beds and full bath. The upper level also has washer & dryer. Within walking distance to Shaw/Howard U Metro Rail, Convention Center, Downtown attractions, including the White House, Monuments, Skateboard Park, Whole Food, and Restaurants in every direction! This vacation rental sleeps 8. After a day of taking in the sites, working or family gatherings, winding down in this lovely vacation rental is the place to be! Two parking passes for street parking available. This property is only 3 blocks from the metro and just a 15 minutes drive to DCA airport.

Great place for attending a conference

Four of us - scientists attending the annual meeting of our association - chose to stay at this wonderful place on Rhode Island street. It was about a 15 minute walk which was great to get some exercise in before sitting at the conference all day. After full days and evenings with our respective duties at the conference, we four would come together in the late evening to decompress with a glass of something strong before bed. We cooked breakfast and had a spaghetti dinner at the VRBO, which was well equipped and an easy place to stay. Wonderful, and compared to the convention hotel, was half as much per person per night in terms of cost.

Plenty of Space, Great Neighborhood

We gathered for a college graduation and enjoyed every minute of the city. The property was perfect for our stay and the thoughtful details (snacks, water bottles, shampoo, etc) were much appreciated. Definitely recommend.

Everything we could have asked for

There is not a thing that was lacking. Jonathan is so responsive. Easy street parking. Such a comfortable retreat at the end of very busy days. Perfect for our family. All the essentials and more were provided. Really appreciated the bottled water, snacks, substantial towels. No skimping at this VRBO!

Family trip

We were an all adult family group. Our group was very pleased with the townhouse. It was very well supplied with items in the kitchen and bathrooms. The description of the house was exact and worked well for the makeup of my family.

Work conference

Loved the neighborhood. Very walkable with restaurants and groceries available. The 3 bedrooms were perfect to give all us as work associates room to ourselves. The host had everything provided for us that we needed and more. Everything was clean and comfortable.

Great Place!

This is one of the nicest places I’ve rented. Jonathan is a great host and responded quickly to any questions I had. It was clean, and had lots of towels, blankets, soaps, lotions, snacks, coffee, tea, spices, water, etc. The neighborhood felt safe, even when we walked it at night. I would definitely stay here again if I return to DC.

Excellent Stay

What a great house to rent for a few days! The house was very clean and spacious, it looks just like the photos online and even better in person. The owner was also very responsive to questions we had and very accommodating! If you forget your toiletries, he has you covered as well. Lots of amenities! Don’t stay in a hotel, book this house! You won’t be disappointed!

Grandkids Explore DC

Spent the week exploring museums, ballgames, food carts, monuments and people of the District. Such a wonderful time and the weather could not have been better. This house was situated in a perfect place. Easy access to the Metro and close to restaurants and the library was an extra bonus. The house is expertly equipped with everything you could need and we loved the small amount of time we spent there! The host was easy to get a hold of and answered quickly any questions we had. Definitely a place to book on your next trip to DC!

Wonderful place!

We visited DC with our family of five and two grandparents. The location was wonderful, easy subway walk. The house was so well equipped with anything we could need it was SO helpful. Truly loved staying here, it felt like our cozy home to cook dinner and hang out at the end of long touring days! Highly recommend!

Great place to stay

Everything is superlative about this home. It's immaculately clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked, with items you don't normally find in vacation rentals, like plastic bags, cleaning materials, spices, bottled water, etc. The host is very responsive and very thoughtfully provides tons of snacks, too, which my grandchildren loved (and the adults too). The home is in a good location, not far from the Smithsonian mall and near a metro station, grocery store, and restaurants. The only downside might be parking. The host provides a parking pass, but parking can be challenging if you try to find a space after, say, 6 PM. However, I was able to find a space eventually every night and felt safe walking through the neighborhood, but you need to pay careful attention to the street signs. But if you aren't driving, or are going to just park once and leave the car, then no problems!

Great House!

This is a spacious house, great for a family or group of friends. It has lots of space and amenities. We were very comfortable and enjoyed being close to museums. Check-in was easy!

Great DC Property!

1st time to stay in DC. The information in the listing was accurate and very helpful. Very clean house in a very walkable neighborhood. We walked to grocery, White House and lots of great restaurants and attractions. Thanks for great family weekend.

Christmas Getaway

This is a great rental property, they have thought of everything! Love that they provided snacks & water. Great location, awesome area to walk around & explore. We parked nearby with provided parking pass & Ubered to museums & attractions. Couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Perfect Home Base for DC

This house was absolutely perfect for our trip to DC. The metro was super close and easy to navigate, which was my top priority. The neighborhood felt very safe, the beds were super comfortable, and this was the most well-appointed house I have ever rented. Tons of extras including water, coffee, snacks plus shampoo and conditioner and everything else you'd need, especially if you fly in! Highly recommend this property if you're looking for space but want to be close to all the attractions.

Well stocked

This VRBO is well located in Logan Circle and easy to walk to local places. The place comes very well stocked with water, snacks, and toiletries. The linens were very clean along with plenty of towels. Worked well for our girls trip to DC.

Best Place I've Stayed/Close to National Mall

This is hands down the best VRBO I've stayed in. Communication with the house manager was quick to respond to any questions we had. The home is beautiful and it felt as though we went to stay with family, but without the family. Lol The beds were comfortable. The master bath is spacious. The owner has made every effort to make sure all amenities are on site. Washer. Dryer. Coffee pot. Table FULL of snacks! Definitely will go here again if ever I'm in Washington DC again.

Can’t say enough great things about this Logan Circle VRBO. Clean, tons of special amenities!

I would highly recommend staying here. The property owner was so great when it came to communicating with me and has done an awesome e job of throwing in special amenities from free snacks, bottled water, tons of ground coffee options. Amazing!!!

Wonderful!!!

Had a wonderful time exploring DC using this as home base! Absolutely beautiful home and very cozy, clean and stocked with snacks and anything you could possibly need for bathroom products - shampoo, lotion, toothpaste, mouth wash, body wash in the shower... I could go on and on. Felt super homey with amazing decor, beds super comfy and pillows of high quality support and comfort! Would return to stay there and would highly recommend this property! Central location to everything in DC and the most DELICIOUS coffee shop right next door that we visited daily for their amazing Shaw lattes!
