Property was very clean and comfortable. Bathrooms and kitchen are well stocked. Loved the patio area out back and took full advantage of it!

Very clean and well appointed row home which was very comfortable for a business trip. Convenient location. The off street parking in the back was a huge plus. Very good communication with the host and smooth check in. Thank you for a great stay!

Comfortable 3 bed house near the convention center metro. We travelled as 4 adults and 1 child. The house fit our needs. While it was nice to have a 3rd bedroom, the basement ceiling was quite low. Anyone taller will have to duck to shower. The house was well stocked with paper products and toiletries. We found the neighborhood to be somewhat noisey - sirens all day long. I’d recommended bringing a sound/ white noise machine. Overall we had a good stay

We enjoyed our stay. It gave us a comfortable and clean and well equipped home to relax after museums and sight seeing. It had everything we needed. The kitchen was perfect for us. A good grocery store was just a couple blocks away.

House is very homey and quaint yet spacious, as it utilizes every square inch in providing warmth and amenities! Multiple bedrooms and bathrooms were very useful as we were traveling with our almost adult children. Host was also very communicative and frequently checkin on us to see if our stay was comfortable.

We travel over 10 times a year through VRBO and we have never been in a home so well equipped. All the little things you could need, it’s there! The house itself was outstanding and the beds were the most comfortable I’ve ever had. We WILL be booking every time we stay in DC

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay again if we come to DC in the future. The home was extremely clean and stocked with every amenity you could ever want. Beds were very comfortable! Location of the home and value for the price were excellent. The only feedback I will leave is that the alley to the back of the home and the assigned parking spot are made for compact vehicles only, NOT for a full size SUV. There is on-street parking that was close and met our needs just fine. The attentiveness and communication of our host was excellent! Very accommodating! Thanks for an excellent stay!

Lovely property - very clean, well-appointed and cared for and great location. Host was very easy to communicate with and responsive. Our group was 4 adults, and we were in town for a family event. The apartment worked for our stay, however I would say due to its being a row house, the overall space is quite narrow, with steep, narrow staircases. If you aren't nimble and can't get around easily, I think it could be somewhat challenging to manage the stairs. The smallest/shortest person stayed in the basement room, and she said there was not a lot of room between her and the ceiling.
