Santa Eulalia

This lovely little town has everything- safe beach, ferry, restaurants, water sports, walks , taxis& buses. We enjoyed our stay at villa pez.

Amazing villa, great proximity to the marina, town, supermarket etcHosts were very accommodating, very friendly and great communication Well equipped with everything thought ofThe hill into town was very steep, wasn't an issue for us , but I would imagine if you had a pushchair, mobility challenges it could be a concernWe would definitely stay again, loved it!

Lovely villa, and lovely people to deal with, had small issue with the water which was the council not the property and owners were extremely reactive and helpful. Second time staying in this villa and couldn’t be better location wise to Santa Eulàlia, restaurants and supermarket.

A lovely family holiday

The villa is in a wonderful location & has all the facilities required both within the villa and nearby. We had an issue with the cleaners but we were able to contact the owner immediately & the place was spotless within 3 hours. A lovely stay

Villa Pez

Amazing place which I would recommend to anyone. Great location in Santa Eulalia near the marina and a short taxi journey to the old town. Villa is in a quiet area and has really nice, modern features, especially the outdoor space which is where we obviously spent the most time. Great value and Vanessa was really responsive throughout our stay if we had any questions..

What a superb villa. Perfect location, plenty of space for 6 adults plus children and very well equipped. Vanessa was always on hand to answer any questions and the information she sent before we went was fantastic.

We had a lovely stay at Villa Pez as a family of six adults and two young children, aged one and two.The villa is finished to a high standard and is in a lovely, quiet residential location. There was some building work nearby during our stay, but thankfully this did not affect us.The hosts were excellent — friendly, helpful and very responsive, answering any questions promptly.The master bedroom is stunning, being large and opening onto a veranda. The second bedroom is also a good size with veranda access, while the other two bedrooms are more modest. The villa is very well equipped and child-friendly, with cots, high chairs and other useful facilities.For families with very young children, temporary stair gates would be a worthwhile addition. The basement stairs are particularly steep, and a gate would provide extra peace of mind. A gate at the bottom of the stairs would also help prevent toddlers climbing upstairs.The outdoor space and pool are excellent, and we particularly enjoyed the outdoor dining area.Santa Eulalia is a beautiful coastal town, with an amazing promenade, lovely beaches and a great choice of restaurants, making it an ideal location for a family holiday.Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay and would happily recommend Villa Pez.

Fantastic villa

We had a very relaxing stay at the villa in early April 2023. The villa is lovely and close to town for restaurants, shops and the beach. The owner is very communicative and also provided a detailed and informative welcome pack, which had some great restaurant recommendations. Even though we were there early in the season we did manage to use the pool on the warmer days.

Great Week for all

We had a great stay at this villa with the whole family (ages of 3 to 70). Perfect location for getting out the explore the local area and further afield. Amazing set up and layout of the rooms and outside areas that made relaxing days at the villa enjoyable. We had an issue while staying that Vanessa and Lewis dealt with extremely well and made sure didn’t impact the rest of our family holiday! Would love to return again soon

Recommended!

We had a great holiday in villa Pez! The villa and the garden are spacious and everything you need is there. Vanessa and Kelly are friendly and very responsive. There is a manual where you can find everything. supermarket, restaurants, beach, everything is within walking distance, The villa is located on a hill, so it is just a few minutes walk up. Super villa!

Ibiza in June

Gorgeous villa and Vanessa was a brilliant host, super responsive and really helpful when we had questions or needed help. The weather was perfect, not too hot and the location lived up to the hype. The only downside which didn't really impact our stay (but more sensitive people might have had an issue) was construction work nearby which was a bit noisy at times, but to be fair, completely outside of our host's control. Would definitely recommend this villa to anyone who appreciates really well designed interiors. Just fab!

Holiday of a lifetime

Fantastic villa in an incredible location- short walk to the town (although up a very steep hill incase anybody has mobility issues). The pool area was incredible and we thoroughly enjoyed relaxing out there most days. The kitchen very well equipped and lovely sitting room to chill in out of the heat. The master bedroom is exquisite but it is worth noting two of the rooms are quite small and would be best suited for children rather than two adults. However the communal areas more than make up for this and it wouldn’t put us off coming again but I think important to know before coming. You’ll have the time of your life. Both owner and house manager very responsive.

Wonderful stay at Villa Pez

Just returned from an extremely enjoyable 2 weeks stay. There were 4 adults, 12 year old and 17 year old. The Villa is situated in a lovely quiet residential area of Santa Eulalia.It is at the top of a fairly steep hill which was fine apart from when we had shopping then a taxi was the answer - a well spent 5 Euros. It was very well equipped with everything you require - plenty of crockery etc. We also made very good use of the BBQ. A minor problem with the pool which was rectified immediately by Vanessa. Would definitely recommend Villa Pez to anyone wishing a lovely relaxing holiday but also near enough to the many shops and restaurants. Thank you again for an unforgettable stay at beautiful Villa. Nous avons été prévenu la veille de notre prise d'avion de travaux léger au bout de la rue, message trompeur et mensonger travaux d'un lotissement devant la maison bruit sourd et horrible toute la journée impossible d'y resté nous n'avons pas pu profiter de la maison sachez que sur ibiza les travaux commencent a 8h00 jusqu'à 17h00, j'aurai aimé connaitre l'exitance de ces constructions à la réservation car je n'aurai pas réservé mais je pense que les propriétaire se doutaient que je n'aurai jamais réglé un tel montant pour un dortoir

Birthday celebrations

We stayed here in July 2019 and returned this year with a different group. The welcome pack has all the details you could need and is a good guide to the resort and the Island. The facilities are excellent and kept impeccable. If I could add something to the trip, a small welcome pack would be good, which I would be happy to pay for. It was 32 degrees when we landed and a very hot walk to get some water!

Fantastic Holiday for all the family

Had a fabulous holiday at Villa Pez in July for two weeks. We are two families of 4 with late teens/young adults. The villa is in a great location, close to a supermarket and a short walk into Santa Eularia. Vanessa, the owner, had sent a comprehensive welcome pack including clear directions for driving from the airport, full details of how everything works in the villa and great recommendations for beaches and restaurants. There were several great cafes for breakfast/brunch in town - Passion cafe & Ve cafe - great for people watching. Also enjoyed wonderful meals at Amante, Aiyanna, Bambuddha and La Olivia (Old town ibiza). The villa itself had everything we all needed with plenty of room for us all around the pool, a great seating area for lunch and enough sunbeds for one each. Both Vanessa and Kelly, the property manager, were highly responsive to any questions we had during our stay. Overall we all had a great holiday and Ibiza really does have something for everyone.

Beautiful ‘wow factor’ villa in great location

Had a wonderfully relaxing week at this stunning but very comfortable villa - so well thought out and gorgeous aesthetics design wise. On arrival we found that it is just as nice as the pics suggest. We were five adults and plenty of space, lovely having our own bathrooms. Our only hesitation on booking had been mention of a ‘cold pool’ in a couple of reviews - but it really wasn’t! Perfect for chilling in and cooling off from the weather, and very clean. The location is perfect, 5 mins walk to a v good little supermarket, 10 mins walk to Santa Eulalia which has some lovely cafes (do try Passion Cafe for brunch/lunch) and restaurants (we loved Seventeen and Taco Paco in particular). The villa has good parking and great base to explore nearby beaches and towns by car. We did have to force ourselves to leave the villa though as the villa’s outdoor space is so well designed for relaxation at different times of day and a real sun trap. Vanessa had provided a very comprehensive set of info which was really useful, and some great recommendations - dinner at Aiyannabeach restaurant and beach yoga at Amante were two experiences we may have otherwise missed but made our holiday. Great location, great space, child friendly

Thank you Vanessa for an amazing stay and your flexibility during Covid. The villa was AMAZING. The living area and garden was perfect for 6 adults and 2 kids. The bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect to. The villa is certainly kitted out for kids with buckets and spades, books, bricks, pool inflatable and high chairs. It is a super easy walk into anta Eulalia and we were able to get all over the island within 40 mins (the longest journey was to the West). Vanessa is very fast responding to message before and during the stay - I will 100% come back to the villa Thank you Comments In the UK the travel cot we have was not the same as what you provided and on reflection I wish I had brought my own as neither my son nor my nephew could sleep in the tent cots. We had my 23 month son in our bed (not great as it was our wedding) for 2 weeks and my 8 month nephew was made a 'nest' on a single bed Attention is needed under the sofa's as they are filthy. The pool is very cold and very deep so again hard to enjoy with little kids

Emma, it was a pleasure to have you stay for your wedding trip. Apologies for the cots, my own twins slept in them and other guests' babies and usually it's not an issue but yes they are two Little Life arc tent style large cots which sit on the floor rather than pop up cots that are higher up. Also sincere apologies for under the sofa, I wish we'd have known during the stay as we would definitely have gotten this sorted for you. I've let the cleaning team know for the future too. Thanks for bringing this to our attention.

Lovely villa

We had a lovely time at Villa Pez, the outside living area is really nice with ample loungers and our teens loved the pool. Great location to walk to the port, bars, beach & restaurants. A lovely family villa with Netflix, Spotify etc. would definitely recommend

Ibiza Wedding 👰🏼

We had a lovely stay .We went for 2 weeks to celebrate our daughters wedding, great place for all the bridesmaids to get ready together. Good location . We did have a problem with the outside lights but Vanessa dealt with the problem right away . The gardener was very helpful too. Overall a very nice family accommodation close to all amenities and would definitely love to go back again.
