También hay un cuarto de baño (aseo) en este mismo nivel.

Bajando las escaleras se encuentran los 4 dormitorios y 3 cuartos de baño según la siguiente manera:
- Primer dormitorio con cama doble y baño en-suite con bañera, WC y bidé.
Este dormitorio tiene una terraza privada con acceso directo a la zona de la piscina.
- Segundo dormitorio con cama doble, zona chill out y un sofá y baño en-suite con ducha.
- Tercer dormitorio con cama doble y un pequeño, acogedor salón.
- Cuarto dormitorio con cama doble y un pequeño, acogedor salón con un sofá.
- Tercer cuarto de baño con bañera, WC y bidé.
En el garaje están la lavadora, secadora, plancha y tabla de planchar también está en este mismo nivel.

En el exterior se puede disfrutar de un jardín privado y una amplia zona de piscina privada rodeada de tumbonas y sombrillas.

This is a stunning, bright, spacious villa with spectacular views to the mountains and to the sea, located 4 km north from Ibiza Town, in a peaceful, luxurious residential area.
As you walk into the spacious grounds of the villa, there is private parking for 4 cars.

The main building of this charming villa is built on two levels.
Entering the villa on the ground floor there is an entrance hall from where you reach the fully equipped modern kitchen (fridge, freezer, oven, toaster, cafe Nespresso and microwave) with a dining area for 6 people. The kitchen has direct access to the pool area.

The villa counts with 2 spacious living rooms, each with its own log fire, cosy sofa, TV and covered terraces with garden furniture where you can enjoy some tapas with a refreshing cocktail admiring the magnificent views of this magic island.
There is also a toilet on the same floor.

Walking down the stairs there are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms as follows:
- First bedroom with double bed and an en suite bathroom with a hot tub, WC and bide. This bedroom has a private terrace from where there is direct access to the pool area.
- Second bedroom with double bed, a chill out corner and a sofa and a modern en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower.
- Third bedroom with double bed and a cosy living room area.
- Fourth bedroom with double bed and a cosy living room area with a sofa.
- Third bathroom with hot tub, WC and bide.
In the garage there is the washing machine, clothes dryer, iron and ironing board is also located on this floor.

In the exterior you can enjoy a private, very well kept garden with sunny and shady areas, an inviting, large swimming pool area surrounded by 6 sun beds and sunshades.

There is a “summer building” right beside the pool that counts with a stunning, bright living room with log fire, TV and a round dining table; a kitchen and a toilet.
