Phoenix IX is one of the newest and most luxurious condominiums on the Gulf! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the unit. With over 1,570 sq ft the unit is very spacious and newly furnished.

Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix IX condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 48” flat screen HDTV in living room with wall mounted 32” TVs in the bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the Master bedroom and the second bedroom two Queen sized beds.

There is an outdoor pool with a secured kiddy pool, heated in-door swimming pool on the 7th floor with incredible views, two Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center, and an indoor tennis court.

There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.

Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $50 per vehicle.

The View!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Phoenix IX - 1207 was a perfect spot for a beach vacation. The building is very nice and this particular week was very quiet. The unit has nice furnishings and is well taken care of. This unit is now one of the favorites in Phoenix IX.

This is the 2 nd time we have stayed here same room and all we definitely enjoyed very nice place My only complaint is the master bed it is horrible it just needs updated mattress I complained 3 years ago same problem and that’s it other than that I will continue to stay here as long as the good Lord allows and can’t wait to come back staff is amazing

Reviewer Comments: Pros:*Beautiful Place.*Living area, Kitchen, and Bathrooms very nice.*Great balcony and view of the Gulf.Cons:*HVAC Unit wasn’t working.*No Easy Building Maintenance Access. Had to leave a message with Phoenix Manager and hope they get back with you.*Bedroom windows to the hallway need curtains for privacy.*Master Bed was very old and made loud noise every time one would turn in the bed or get in or out of bed. ***Need Access to help onsite or numbers to call. Very Poor Communication with Site Management.*** Over all we loved the place and would go back. With a few minor issues corrected and master bed upgraded, I would have given 5 Stars.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall good . There was a few problems with the unit. There was black mold in the ice maker. Several pieces of furniture had broken handles. had to hunt down TV remotes, only found 2 of 3 and one of them had no batteries. One toilet was stained. Furniture and beds was comfortable. To much clutter in closets that had nothing to do with guest. Ice in the door of refrigerator didn't work. With some updates would be nice unit . Will try other units next time. Phoenix rentals was always excellent.

Awesome - 100% the best choice for our family!

Everything was perfect! Beautiful condo and well designed. We had zero issues and everything was just as described. Zero disappointments with condo or overall property. Elevators were fast with no waiting, property & pool were clean, and everyone was very nice. Will do it again!

Reviewer Comments: This was our first time to stay in this unit and while the brown theme of furnishings throughout the condo needs an update, the quality of mattresses and furnishings was very good. Plenty of kitchen tools for cooking, great balcony, and very convenient parking/loading experience. Charlie was easy to work with, will rent here again.

Great place to stay very clean and very nice furniture the table outside was very nice but most uncomfortable you could not enjoy sitting on the balcony for long ..chairs uncomfortable..other than that it was great

One thing that could be improved upon is the cookware. It’s not in the best of shape . Other than that, it was a nice place to stay and we would consider staying here again in the future

Great stay

Condo was just as described, parking is great. View from balcony was fantastic and condo is 5 mins from anything you could want. Would stay again.

Great location and view of the ocean

condo could have been cleaned a little better. In the 2nd bedroom, the shower did not drain well, but probably because no one had reported it...same with toilet...water would continue to run unless you jiggled the handle. Over all, it was fine....could not beat the location or the view.

Two complaints on an otherwise great property…

Overall we liked the property but two major complaints. First, the wifi did not work the entire week. Second, my daughter was in main room of condo alone when a man walked in and went into one of the rooms. She hid on the balcony until she got the courage to run through and out of the condo. An hour later when we finally got a return call from the property manager, we were told it was a maintenance man that claimed he rang the doorbell three times before coming in. We tested the doorbell. It was loud. She never heard a doorbell. Also, I would expect maintenance to announce themselves as they enter while walking around to make sure no one is there. She could have been in the shower. A text or call from the property manager to warn us of a scheduled maintenance appointment would have been great. She was traumatized and we had to leave an important event scared and worried to get back to her because we could not get in touch with anyone from property management. It is a shame because it is otherwise a great property.

Great property, location & Amenities-Gorgeous Beach View!

I would have given 5 stars, but the unit REALLY needs a deep cleaning. (Dusting, carpets, furniture, baseboards, etc.) Also our fridge had sticky handles and we had to clean microwave door and handles. Bathrooms were clean, except for rugs that needed to be replaced or at least washed. Parking was great, friendly staff on property, and checking in and out was perfect. We would love to stay here again if cleanliness could be guaranteed. Overall a GREAT property and location, and unit has very high end furniture and amenities that just need some TLC!

Awesome room

The room was just as it is in the pictures. It was very nice. The walk to the beach is perfect, very short. We did have to vacuum and wipe down the surfaces but that wasn't a big deal. Loved it and would stay here again.

Spring get away

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a nice time. The condo was nice and the pics and descriptions were accurate. The unit is pricey at $300/night considering the lack of upgrades. Also, the built in ice maker didn’t work. The other issue was with the building, with only two elevators that service the building, guests are only allowed to use one of them. It wasn’t a problem for us because iit wasn’t busy at all. But, beware if you are going in the busy season. Kinda arrogant decision on the part of the owners. But, they have that right.
