Picture yourself in paradise! You can find your own perfect getaway in this beautifully decorated condo at Phoenix IX. This open floor plan is an entertainer's dream and ideal family vacation home-away-from-home!

The views from the living room, along with the comfortable furniture and coastal decor, will start your vacation off right. Enjoy watching the game with friends or a perfect movie night on the flat screen television. Step into the kitchen equipped with all the comforts of home! You can enjoy a quick morning bite at the breakfast bar set for 4 before hitting the beach! Take a lunch break at either of the dining tables with room that seats a total of 12, room for all your guests.

From the master suite, you can wake to the views of the beach from the comfort of your king size bed. The second bedroom and third bedrooms both feature a queen size bed, flat screen television, and ensuite bathrooms.

This vacation rental is what tropical dreams are made of! Enjoy the views or relax in the shade of a palm tree beside the wonderful amenities! Now is the time to book your vacation at Phoenix IX - 1205!
On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.

For the comfort and safety of all guests, U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, and similar vehicles are not permitted on the property.

The room was dirty. It smelled like pee. The check in process was awful and the guard was rude as Hell. I have stayed at the Phx 9 before and was very pleased. But this room was terrible I don’t recommend anyone staying there

Girls Trip

Nice time visiting with some girlfriends at the beach. Condo was nice and right on the beach.

Beautiful location on the beach!

Very open floor plan and plenty of space! Kitchen is very well stocked! Beds are comfortable and terrific having each bedroom have its own bathroom plus a half bath. Phoenix IX was a great place to stay - beautiful indoor tennis court (or pickle ball) great work out room, nice outdoor pool and grill area and fantastic beach access. Parking was easy and the front office was very helpful with any of our questions.
