Located on the Yellowstone River, Parks Riverside is a cozy retreat in the heart of Gardiner, Montana. The rental is a duplex building. Unit A is a two bedroom, one bathroom comfortable living space. It includes an open kitchen with all the necessities, and a calm living room area with a sleeper sofa.

Relax on the large deck while soaking in the amazing views and sounds of the Yellowstone River and Yellowstone National Park. You are .7 of a mile from the historic Roosevelt Arch and North Entrance to YNP. Enjoy traveling through the park, watching the abundant wildlife, and taking advantage of the incredible outdoor activities.

Great, welcoming and helpful host! A very clean and well appointed condo. Incredible location in Gardiner close to Yellowstone NP, restaurants, grocery store and fuel. Convenient parking and kitchen well stocked for meal prep. We loved it!

Fantastic location, really close to the north entrance and walkable to everywhere. Good air conditioner, Plenty of space. Host is very responsive. Two small issues1: The floor at parts was a bit sticky...I don't think it is due to something dirty, but may be related to the cleaner used or something.2: Wifi is really bad, kind of annoying, but I get it, since you're not here to surf the internet.Overall a solid stay in a nice quiet town.

Absolutely perfect location along the Yellowstone river. Wildlife would come in our backyard and we were only about a half a mile from the entrance of Yellowstone Park. The accommodations were spotless very clean. We absolutely loved having the balcony porch. Had coffee out there in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening. The view was just beautiful! Tara our host was wonderful. If there was anything we needed she was there in a second, but there wasn’t much that we needed. They had taken care of everything. I would definitely go back and recommend this accommodationsto all of my family and friends!!Sincerely , Timmie Authement

Great Place to Stay!

We really enjoyed our short stay here while visiting Yellowstone. The place is clean, comfortable and in a great location. Our host passed along all relevant information and was available for questions during our stay. Highly recommend booking!

Perfect place for visitin...

Perfect place for visiting Yellowstone. Super close to the entrance of the park and in a great little town. The place was very nicely appointed, had all the expected amenities including wifi. It was the perfect place to come home to at the end of the day.

Perfect Spot and Accommodations

Great place to relax after a day in the park. Nice little town and friendly people. You wont find a better host than Tera. She was sot on with the instructions and responded quickly to all our request and questions. I am definitely staying here again.

Perfect North Yellowstone Home

This was the perfect place for our family to stay as we visited Yellowstone. Gardiner is a great little town with places to eat and shop, and you can basically see the Yellowstone sign when you step out of the front door! It was one of the cleanest places we’ve ever stayed, and very comfortable for 5 of us. So appreciate getting to stay here!

I’ve stayed here many times. It’s a beautiful location with a lovely host. So grateful to have gotten to enjoy it once again. Plan ahead as it books up quickly

The property was actually too big for two people, but it suited our needs given the proximity to Yellowstone National Park. Everything was extremely well thought out and well appointed and clean. The Wi-Fi worked great . The only negatives were that the TV often was not picking up service. The beds were a bit small and uncomfortable. The parking was adequate and quite convenient most of the time. A couple of times we came back from the park late and there was no parking available which means we had to park in the back. Not a huge deal, but there are stairs to navigate if you have a lot of stuff to carry. On a bright note, there were frequently elk in the backyard grazing. Definitely plan to come back!

Every thing you need is available. Exactly as pictured on VRBO. Very relaxing after a day in Yellowstone we felt like we were home. Walk to restaurants and bars. W watch eagles fly above the river and elk walking in town. Highly recommended!

We are a retired couple living in northern Montana. We remodeled this property and did a lot of the work ourselves. It was quite a project! It turned out to be a wonderful place for our family and friends to stay. We enjoy coming to Gardiner at all different times of the year.
