Super convenient location near the Yellowstone north entrance and downtown Gardiner. Modern, clean, and had everything needed for our stay, plus an area to sit outside by the river for coffee in the morning or take out after a busy day. Would definitely recommend!

By far, the best part of this property was the proximity to the river and the North Entrance of Yellowstone.Interior was clean and comfortable. Bathroom is spacious, kitchen appliances were nice and dining area had enough space for our whole family.But again, the sound of the river through the open windows--that is what makes this property five star.

Beautiful location and view. Right at the Yellowstone entrance. At the edge of town, so quiet but a quick walk to everything. Hosts were great. Elk playing in the river was an extra plus.

The view and location was awesome. A short walk will get you to the Yellowstone National Park sign and Roosevelt arch. Entering the park from this location, in the morning, was a breeze. There was no wait at 830am. It's also right in town so restaurants, bars and shopping is just minutes away. On our walks to and from the property we saw deer and elk. It was a really nice overall experience.

Great location - so close to the park made it a perfect base camp. Easy walk down the block for dinners. Great view and sounds from the Yellowstone River below.

Beautiful property right on the Yellowstone River. We enjoyed the scenery and the area after long days in the park. Many local shops and food options within walking distance. We also enjoyed White water rafting, which we were also able to just walk right to from the rental. The house was well stocked and we appreciated the laundry available half way through a long road trip. My only suggestion would be a bit more clear check-in instructions for the proper gate entry for future guests.

Enjoyed our time here. The location was very close to the North entrance of Yellowstone National Park. A short walking distance from restaurants and shops. It was very comfortable and well equipped.
A mule deer right outside the house.

Perfect location for Yellowstone. Great views of the river. Perfect place to come back to after a busy day. Full kitchen was great to have so we could prepare lunches for the park and then could make our own dinner when we came back. Don’t forget to sign up for whitewater rafting- was so much fun.

My husband and I came for a week getaway for our anniversary and it was an absolutely lovely stay. It was very clean and well stocked. The view of the river was beautiful. Our favorite part was how insanely close it is to the north entrance to Yellowstone. Although the town is small there are good places to eat and places to shop. There was also so much wildlife everywhere, which was so amazing. We hope to come back and stay here again soon.

Absolutely loved this place. It was my husband and I and our adult son (21). It is a beautifully remodeled building and we were in the downstairs unit. The location on the river is amazing. The condo had everything you needed. Don’t buy bear spray. I think there’s about 300 worth of bear spray in the pantry! Everyone leaves it. Beds are comfortable and the location to the Yellowstone entrance is very close. You can also walk to shops and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again. The people above us did not make that much noise. I read that it bothered some people and I am easily bothered by this kind of thing and it did not bother me.

We had an amazing stay. Great location, beautiful home and amazing views. Sara and Patrick are wonderful hosts. Very accommodating and gave great recommendations for food and things to do.
