Villa Jacaranda located in the Romantic Zone
Villa Jacaranda is centrally located in the Romantic Zone of Puerto Vallarta. Close to shopping, sites, clubs, top notch restaurants, galleries and a short 10 min walk to the Malecon and Los Muertos Beach.
The unit is done in a Colonial Mexican style. It is located on the third floor of a four-floor walk-up. It is a fully furnished unit which consists of two large bedrooms and two three-piece washrooms with a large kitchen (a chef’s delight), large living room and dining room. You can enjoy the most amazing Puerto Vallarta sunsets from the balcony overlooking the city and the Banderas Bay or relax and watch your favorite T.V. program in the living room. There is also full-size washer/dryer in the unit. Other amenities include free WiFi, Air Conditioning in bedrooms and weekly Maid service (extra), a heated swimming pool surrounded by lush tropical gardens.
Upgrades for 2021:
New full size washing centre
New Ductless A/C in all living spaces (super quiet)
Electrical panel upgrade
water pump to increase the water pressure
bedrooms have been painted
out door chairs have new woven webbing

CONDO RULES
OCCUPANCY: Each Unit is a single-family dwelling; therefore, the occupancy of each unit must be considered. The eighteen (18) Units of two bedrooms are for a maximum of eight (8) people including minors. The six (6) one-bedroom Units are for a maximum of four (4) people including minors.
NOISE: Except for a special agreement among the Condominium Owners, such as special events, it is prohibited to make noise in the Common Areas of the Condominium after 10 pm.
No operation of washing/dryers, vacuuming, power tools, furniture moving after 10pm as this disturbs the tranquility of condos. We must be considerate to all of our neighbors as sound travels in our complex.
Construction must end by 6pm unless special permission is granted by Admin Homes and the Board of Directors
PETS: Residents are allowed to keep pets, with a maximum of two domestic animals per unit, if the pets do not disturb the other residents of the Condominium. Pets are defined as dogs, cats, canaries and budgie birds. Pets, with the exception of service animals are not allowed in the swimming pool area and must be kept on a leash or in a pet carrier in Common Areas. Owners shall be responsible for any damage caused by the animals and are responsible for cleaning up after their animals. Other domestic animals to be kept as pets must be approved by the Board of Directors. Animals that, due to their size or nature, affect conditions regarding the security, comfort or health of other residents are not permitted.
GARBAGE: It is prohibited to leave garbage, refreshments, food (including pet food), cigarettes, et cetera in the Common Area. It is also prohibited to add or remove and/or to give away furniture, plants and flower pots from the Common Area. Garbage shall be disposed of in secure, polyethylene bags and placed in the area designated by the city.
SMOKING: No smoking in hallways.
SECURITY: The iron entrance gate on Jacarandas Street is to be locked at all times. The entrance and exit of their visitors and guests are to be notified of this security requirement. All gates into each building must be locked at all times for security reasons. These gates are not to be left ajar for any reason.
POOL RULES
The following rules apply to the use of the swimming pool in the Common Area: 1. The swimming pool is available for use from 8 a.m. until 10 p.m.
2. Children under the age of twelve (12) must be supervised by an adult.
3. No glass containers are allowed in the swimming pool area.
4. It is prohibited to throw foreign objects such as rocks, sticks, patio furniture, coins, etc. into the pool.
5. No babies with diapers or not toilet trained allowed in the pool
6. Smokers must empty their ashtrays of cigarettes and cigar butts and ashes before leaving the pool area.
7. No pets allowed in the pool area except service dogs.
8. Owners must be home and limit visiting guests to 4 people at the pool, with the exception of legal family members of the owners or renters.
9. Everyone is to clean up their mess and use garbage container provided.
10. Furniture to be returned to the original position and umbrellas closed when leaving the pool area. 11. Bathroom door must be locked at all times, not left open all day and night.
