Not what we ordered

The owner decided to stay in this unit and we were moved to another, inferior unit. We have stayed in the one we selected multiple times and selected it specifically to accommodate our Thanksgiving day guests. Be careful booking this unit - the owner may change their mind without consideration for their pre-paid guest.

OVER PRICED

Check in process was not very clear, VRBO sent an email saying here is your keys, and there was nothing in the link. After several calls we did figure it out. When e tiring the unit we realize it is not very clean. No for the amenities inside the unit, VERY CHEAP especially for the price that is being charged. Additionally we have rented VRBO before and the owners or management have always left basic necessities. Not here, not even enough coffee or sugar for the 6 guests that we rented this for. Im further astonished that there were absolutely no COVID preventions in place. No hand soap, no sanitizer nothing. The unit itself is nice, I think it would take minimal effort to ensure guests have a better experience.
