What a location! A two bedroom two bath unit located in the exclusive Observation Point North building. The perfect location with a balcony overlooking the Events Plaza in the heart of the Village of Baytowne Wharf. It is hard to imagine a better vantage point to immerse yourself in all that is Baytowne. Come enjoy the concerts and fireworks right from your 5th floor balcony. Enjoy being steps away from all the shopping, dining and activities the Village of Baytowne Wharf has to offer. Our unit is on the bay side of Sandestin and the beach is approximately a mile on the other side of Hwy 98.

Great stay

Very clean and comfortable condo. RumRunners is right outside so can get a little loud at night. We enjoyed the fun atmosphere. Would stay again.

Fantastic location and very clean

We loved the great location very clean and nice size room. The only reason I didn’t give an overall of 5 stars was the master room mattress wasn’t particularly comfortable.

Wonderful property! The location is perfect and the condo is clean and well-stocked with amazing views. The manager responds immediately to all communication and the check-in process is extremely simple. This is one of the best properties in Destin!

Fabulous Location! Lovely condo. Very clean and well appointed.

Lovely place! I will definitely stay again. The only improvement I can think of is providing a small selection of coffee and tea, (perhaps a Keurig or some kind of coffee maker) for the mornings.

Fabulous Stay

Condo is wonderful. Best location possible. Two couples stayed for four nights and did not want to leave. Rental process was flawless. Condo had everything we needed plus a great view. Enjoyed the pool area, work out room and easy parking. We certainly look to come stay again.

I can not say enough good things about the experience of staying in this home. The owner was terrific, including sending us texts about the nighttime entertainment we could watch from our balcony. The house is excellent, well furnished, and tons of intentional aspects, such as one of the most detailed renters' guides available that I have ever seen, every detail, from menus to instructions, was included.The location was perfect for spring break. The balcony view of Wharf gave the week fun energy, with people watching, a view of the sound, and front-row access to the nighttime entertainment. It was really fun. Getting to the beach was a non-issue; we used the tram and drove, and both worked great. Overall, the place is worth it! We will be back.

Amazing Spring Break Getaway

The property was beautifully designed and well maintained. Accessible to many boutiques and restaurants throughout the town! It was close to the Destin Commons was a pleasant place that we could definitely revisit in the summer!

Baytowne Wharf view from the balcony

Double doors to enter the Condo made it feel luxurious. Interior was beautiful and spacious, and all appliances were clean and working. Balcony was large while offering a view of the Baytowne Wharf courtyard which was decorated for Christmas. Only negative, there was dirt and debris under the couch that was visible while sitting on the adjacent chair. .

It is wonderful to be able to walk to restaurants, shopping and much more and not have to worry about traffic or parking. Also having the balcony lets me enjoy entertainment without leaving my unit. Sitting outside in the morning drinking my coffee is very relaxing on the balcony.
