What a location! A two bedroom two bath unit located in the exclusive Observation Point North building. The perfect location with a balcony overlooking the Events Plaza in the heart of the Village of Baytowne Wharf. It is hard to imagine a better vantage point to immerse yourself in all that is Baytowne. Come enjoy the concerts and fireworks right from your 5th floor balcony. Enjoy being steps away from all the shopping, dining and activities the Village of Baytowne Wharf has to offer. Our unit is on the bay side of Sandestin and the beach is approximately a mile on the other side of Hwy 98.

Baytowne Wharf view from the balcony

Double doors to enter the Condo made it feel luxurious. Interior was beautiful and spacious, and all appliances were clean and working. Balcony was large while offering a view of the Baytowne Wharf courtyard which was decorated for Christmas. Only negative, there was dirt and debris under the couch that was visible while sitting on the adjacent chair. .

Weekend getaway

We had a great time. The views of the village with all the Christmas lights were perfect. Super easy process from start to finish and great unit! We will be back!

Beautiful property and perfect Village location

We enjoyed our short stay at Gina's condo. The location couldn't have been better for being right in the middle of Baytowne Village. The balcony opens directly to the event square so we had a great view of the fireworks and the convenience of all the shops and restaurants. Parking was great in the dedicated deck and the elevator was just right around the corner. We loved our time there and can't wait to go back!

Loved our stay!

This was our second year in a row to book at this condo. It’s perfect for our family. Our room is perfect size and has everything you need. So much to do and it’s all within walking distance. I love how there is entertainment for all of us each night. We definitely will be making this our family tradition each year!

Great location for kids!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. So much to do with kids when (due to weather) beaches weren’t an option. Beautiful pool and access to other great pools as well. Gina is a pleasure to work with. We will for sure be coming back here

Great place to stay. Absolutely best view from balcony at The Village at Baytown Wharf. Perfect size for a family. Highly recommend.

The perfect location to enjoy The Wharf

Absolutely amazing location to The Wharf. The most fantastic view. Property was clean and very well maintained. Property manager was super helpful and always available!!! We even booked another stay for next year already!!! We have stayed in Sandestin several times and this was by far the best location to enjoy The Wharf.

Very clean and comfortable condo. RumRunners is right outside so can get a little loud at night. We enjoyed the fun atmosphere. Would stay again.

Fabulous Location! Lovely condo. Very clean and well appointed.

Lovely place! I will definitely stay again. The only improvement I can think of is providing a small selection of coffee and tea, (perhaps a Keurig or some kind of coffee maker) for the mornings.

Excellent condo!

Wonderful property! The location is perfect and the condo is clean and well-stocked with amazing views. The manager responds immediately to all communication and the check-in process is extremely simple. This is one of the best properties in Destin!

Christmas getaway

This is our third year in a row renting this condo. We go right before Christmas and do some shopping and relaxing. We love that the condo overlooks the village so we see the Christmas tree and any band that might be playing. Gina is wonderful about communicating with you. Will definitely be coming back next year

It is wonderful to be able to walk to restaurants, shopping and much more and not have to worry about traffic or parking. Also having the balcony lets me enjoy entertainment without leaving my unit. Sitting outside in the morning drinking my coffee is very relaxing on the balcony.
