The perfect location and set up for your family get away!! Located in Antler Acres and just 3 miles from the Honey Creek State Park boat ramp. The home has plenty of outdoor space, open concept living with an open living and kitchen area, that is bright and inviting with lots of windows. Master bedroom has a queen bed, and attached full bathroom, one bedroom has a full bed and the other has a full bed with a twin bunk. There is a 2nd full bath for all.

Front porch is covered and has plenty of room to seat 8-10 people. Back deck is uncovered with a gas grill and plenty of seating area as well. Lots of shade, a large fire pit area, and room for outdoor games. There is plenty of off grass parking.

The house was very comfortable. The natural lighting made the house feel so homey. The house was very clean and communication with the host was great. Everything in the house worked as it should. We had zero issues or concerns.

The host responded very quickly when the lock was not working upon checking in. She had a nice fire pit area with wood available that we used in the evenings after getting back from the lake. We enjoyed our long weekend there.

Great place and Location

Rental was very clean and good location as we were fishing Lake Rathbun.Host was awesome got back to rental after first day of fishing air conditioner wasn’t working text them and they had a repair person there within a hour and fixed. Highly recommended.

If we could ask for anything, is to have a reflective sign, turnung on 160th, Antler, so dark for city folk coming from Promise City.We went Inconium both nights and had to turn around.Goofy city folk. lol

The property was as described. They left a nice note and had some guest snacks. It was nice to have washer and dryer. They were very easy to communicate with.

We visit Rathbun Lake at least 4 times a year. This is one of the best place to stay so far. This place feels like home. The place is huge and can accommodate more people than recommended. There is everything from bed to a grill to cook. It was raining during our stay so we didn’t get to the grill. Parking room was excellent. I will stay again if open.

Great place. Clean, convenient location near road to State Park. I had read reviews about lack of parking, but we had 2 Trucks with 2 boats & able to park in driveway. I would stay here again. Thanks

Rathbun experience

the place accomidated us well. we were a little short on beds as 2 guys did have to sleep in the main bed. was very glad the ac worked cause it was a hot weekend.

WEEKEND GETAWAY

Had a great time here! Did some lake exploration in the afternoon then came back for a fire in the evening. Was windy and a little bit of rain on Saturday but the covered deck has plenty of room for everyone. Very clean and roomy with all the amenities as listed. Will go back and recommend this place to others! Kristen is a great hostess.

Great Get away

So easy to book, check-in and communication with property manager. My Friends and I have been hunting in the area for the past 4 years. We were looking for something that we could rent for the week. The place exceeded our expectations.
