Apartment great charm located on Lido area near the sea and tourist center of Funchal. No need of car as you can walk to the beach, restaurants and pharmacy, supermarkets and shopping center.

A very spacious apartment (160 m2) located on the 5th floor, Penthouse.
It has two large bedrooms with sea view, 2 full bathrooms, spacious living room with sea view and terrace facing south receiving immense sun all day and can enjoy the mild climate of Funchal while looking at the sea. Large kitchen where they can-eat 6 people and dining room. Served by a lift from the car park with private place. Furnished with great refinement and comfort elegant touches, while maintaining the comfort and providing everything you need for a short vacation or several months.
A very complete apartment located in a very quiet and safe area served by public transport (buses), stop at 20metros.
The private parking, with opening with command, has private place is at street level and served by elevator that takes you directly to the apartment.

We loved our stay. The large apartment was very clean and fully equipped with a nice view. It was quiet and safe as well. The Internet worked well and our host met us to explain everything we needed to know. I highly recommend.

The apartment was larger than what you see in the pictures, it’s well furnished, quite spacious, has a full kitchen, and a balcony we used every night to enjoy the cool nights. It’s a very well kept apartment, very clean, and has an elevator and parking garage, which was very helpful for our rental car. The apartment is located nearby many grocery stores, restaurants, hotels, and Lido Pool. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again, it was a great stay! Frederica is a great host. She’s very communicative and was able to answer all our questions.

Seaview is a beautiful well maintained apartment that is located in a central location if you are visiting Madeira I highly recommend. Frederica was an excellent host and welcomed us with all essential information and welcome gifts. The recommendations on restaurants nearby were great! Thank you for making our first trip to Madeira a success.

Highly recommend! Host is incredible and a pleasure to work with. Excellent communication and directions. Took her time to show us around the beautiful apartment and show us things on the map. Kitchen was generously stocked with fresh fruit, nuts, crackers, cookies, bread, butter, meat and cheese along with beer and wine. Every aspect of the home is wonderful! Location, living space, views all exceeded our high expectations!

Our stay in this apartment was fantastic. It was beautiful and clean and had amazing views of the sea. It was so close to all amenities and a short bus ride or a 30 min walk into Funchal. We had a brilliant stay here and would highly recommend.

Our stay in this apartment was amazing and the host (Frederica) is so welcoming and nice! The flat is perfect (and huge!) and the view from the balcony spectacular. We felt like home and will certainly be back. Thank you for everything :)

Frederica was a fantastic host and was exceptional helpful from the moment of booking to check out, she answered all our questions and arranged our transfer from and to the airport which meant a smooth start and finish to our time in Madeira, thank you for the 5 service. The apartment is very clean and exceptionally spacious with a fantastic collection of new and antique furniture, beautiful artwork and objet d’art which makes it feel special. Frederica has provided every thing you will need to make it feel like a real home from home, from toiletries and plasters to a wonder collection of novels for you to read and relax. The apartment is well located for restaurants/cafe and a short walk to the choice of two supermarkets and the biggest bonus is a bus stop just outside of the apartment.A special mention to Mr Roberto, the driver Frederica arranged to meet us at the airport, what a gentleman and a source of information on where to visit and interesting facts on Madeira. This was our first visit to Madeira but it won’t be our last, what a beautiful island, I now understand why it is described as “The Hawaii of Europe” just stunning.

The whole experience was amazing. Frederica arranged transport for us from the airport and met us at the apartment. She had provided a thorough welcome pack and showed us around. The apartment is huge and has everything you could possibly want. It’s beautiful and very well looked after. Frederica is lovely and extremely helpful. It was very relaxing sitting on the balcony overlooking the sea. Supermarket and nice restaurants close by as well as a bus stop for bus into Funchal. I highly recommend staying there.

Frederica made us very welcome and meet us personally. She arranged the airport pick up. The apartment was clean, spacious andvin a great location. Easy access to the old town, beaches/lido and restaurants.

Excellent accommodation

Accommodation was spacious, stylish and comfortable. Location involved some walking to get to central Funchal but we were quite happy to do this. Our holiday was very relaxing and enjoyable. We wished we had been staying a few days longer.

Great stay

We were very happy with the condo. It is spacey, clean, lots of windows and my favorite balcony with an ocean view, perfect for the morning coffee. Frederica was very accommodating, friendly and responsive. Kitchen was well stocked and we had a nice surprise of welcome started kit of coffee, fruits, bread, ham and cheese which greatly appreciated after long travel day. Location was great for us too.

Gem of an apartment

A great apartment which is even better and bigger than pics suggested. Lovely views of the ocean and situated well for restaurants and local shops. Frederica is an attentive and helpful host.

First visit to Madeira

Superb apartment, very spacious with comfortable furniture and every facility to make it home from home. Location was perfect, bus stop just outside the property the service was very frequent. Supermarket and restaurant a short walk away. Frederica couldn’t have made us more welcome, she answered queries immediately and made excellent suggestions to make our stay memorable.

great apartment in central location !!!

Federica could not have been more helpful on arrival was waiting for us & explained everything the welcome pack was an unexpected bonus with everything we needed to start the holiday. the apartment is a short walk to lots of local restaurants & bars but very quiet at night looking forward to coming back in the near future

Frederica our host was warm and welcoming. The apartment was much more soacious than we expected from the photos. Would easily manageca family of 4. Terrific balcony with seaview. Well equipped and comfortable. aasensive sleeper

The Place to Stay!!!

The host is amazing, a great communicator and she also provided us with a fantastic welcome package of food and drink!! The location of this beautiful, roomy, homey flat cannot be beat. We were able to walk to so many places. Bus transportation was also right there near the apt.. Will stay there again for any future trips if it is available. Only able to rate up to five stars but if able I would rate our stay a 10+.

Beautiful apartment

Frederica maintains a beautiful apartment, furnished with good quality/comfortable furniture and an amazing array of antiques and works of art to make the apartment feel like home. The apartment is ideally located, walking distance to many bars/restaurants and easy access from the secure indoor carpark to the main road network for days out.
