This is a fully furnished villa with 3 bedrooms, 1 bath, large living room with TV and Wi-Fi, full kitchen and dining area. Well luminated drive way and carport for off street parking. Washer and dryer. Bedroom #1 has queen sized bed, bedroom #2 has full sized bed, and bedroom #3 has daybed with trundle. You would be within walking distance of McKendree University, Horner Park and our historic brick street district with restaurants and unique shopping.

Clean and quiet stay

We were thrilled with the clenliness of the place and the quiet location. There was plenty of parking for our 3 cars with a spot under the carport to spare. The oatmeal cookies were an excellent touch, and made it feel like visiting family.

Lebanon stay

The property was very clean and well stocked. With record heat, the property was nicely cooled before our arrival. The attention to detail with amenities was much appreciated. The welcome cookies were a nice touch and yummy.

Didn’t spend much time at the unit. Everything was fine, the host had setup this property thoroughly with attention to detail. Thank you Mary for the toothbrush as I forgot to bring one. We enjoyed our brief stay and breakfast at the Lantern(2 min).

Senior Weekend

We were visiting for my son’s senior weekend of baseball at McKendee. Wish we would have found this property earlier, would have saved us from staying at hotels.

Quiet, convenient location

Quiet and clean location. Excellent for walking to and around the local college campus. Definitely a relaxing location after spending the day in St. Louis. Convenient to food and shopping locally and in nearby towns. Can hear the town tornado siren quite well when it gets set off.

Weekend Getaway

This was our first time renting this particular property and from this particular host. The house was clean and tidy. The beds were comfortable. Everyone in our party has issues with allergies so we always book no smoking, no pets allowed. We had no issues while staying at this house. Very pleased. We would book again if in the area.

Perfect location and size

The property was perfect for our family since we all couldn't fit into one house. There were three bedrooms which made it easy to have two adults and three children stay there. The host was extremely responsive and helpful.

College golf trip…

Great location with at home feel! The duplex was extremely clean! It was an easy drive to Far Oaks golf course and great options for eating out or delivery. Easy check in any out ! Great stay! Thanks Mary! Bonus..cookies upon arrival!

Great property close to everything

We came into town to visit with family. We’re fortunate to find this quaint duplex minutes from everyone. Our travel to the area was impacted by the hurricane, and communicating with the property owners about our schedule change was super easy. Great home with everything you could need. Will rent again next time we’re here.
