This is a fully furnished villa with 3 bedrooms, 1 bath, large living room with TV and Wi-Fi, full kitchen and dining area. Well luminated drive way and carport for off street parking. Washer and dryer. Bedroom #1 has queen sized bed, bedroom #2 has full sized bed, and bedroom #3 has daybed with trundle. You would be within walking distance of McKendree University, Horner Park and our historic brick street district with restaurants and unique shopping.

Perfect location and size

The property was perfect for our family since we all couldn't fit into one house. There were three bedrooms which made it easy to have two adults and three children stay there. The host was extremely responsive and helpful.

College golf trip…

Great location with at home feel! The duplex was extremely clean! It was an easy drive to Far Oaks golf course and great options for eating out or delivery. Easy check in any out ! Great stay! Thanks Mary! Bonus..cookies upon arrival!

Great property close to everything

We came into town to visit with family. We’re fortunate to find this quaint duplex minutes from everyone. Our travel to the area was impacted by the hurricane, and communicating with the property owners about our schedule change was super easy. Great home with everything you could need. Will rent again next time we’re here.

AMAZING!

First time staying somewhere that is not a hotel when traveling and this was the perfect place for us to come back to to relax after spending our days in STL. We were welcomed with cookies that were much appreciated after an evening of travel. The beds were comfortable, the neighbors quiet, location was very peaceful. Definitely will be planning our next trip to stay here

Quiet and cute

Great location not far from all the things but, far enough to sit and relax. The house was great. Very clean! This was our first time staying in a vrbo and im not sure we can go back to hotels! It was awesome to have more than one room!

Cozy and comfortable

Quiet neighborhood, very comfortable and homey. Host checked in with us to make sure everything was ok and we got in ok. Unexpected snow storm and host made sure sidewalk and driveway were cleared.

We stay at this house when we visit family in IL.

It is a homey place to stay and it lacks nothing. We even decided we will spend a bit less time nearby with family and more time at VRBO with immediate family in the future. The house is great for six of us.

Always Love Staying Here

I have been staying here for 4 years while my son is going to McKendree. It has been great every time. Very close to McKendree, clean, comfortable and Mary and her husband are very responsive if needed.

Quiet Getaway

Cozy duplex, never saw or heard other tenants. Very quiet neighborhood, reasonably priced, close to interstate. Very comfortable & plenty of amenities. Would stay again, if we are in that area.
