Puerto Vallarta Condo in beautiful, secure complex

Welcome to our newly renovated condo in Puerto Vallarta just 4 quaint blocks from Mexico's premier ocean beaches. Feel safe and private with 24/7 security behind the protective walls of the complex. We are mid-way up the Cerro (Hill) from the famous Malecon (walkway beside the sea) at the top of specially created stairs. Or if you are tired from too much sun, surf and shopping, taxis and Ubers are everywhere and ready to bring you back to your condo for about 50 pesos ($ 2.50).

Please note that our Condo complex, Puesta del Sol, is accessible from the beach by stairs through lovely gardens and artwork. The stairs are steep, so if mobility is an issue for you, we recommend hailing a taxi. They are very inexpensive and easy to catch anywhere near the beaches. Most roads in Puerto Vallarta are cobble stoned, and can be tough to navigate if mobility is an issue.

All around Great place to stay!

This is a great location and Complex. Janie's condo is in a prime spot, close to pool and was treated 5 star! Would love to return here again.

Pretty, pleasant and worth returning

Difficult time making the TV work, had to use my own Netflix account; A/C kept trying to make the temp higher than i set it for. Lock latch on outside door sticky when trying to unlock from inside. None of which would make or break staying there an issue - very nice

Lovely property in the heart of PV

My husband and I stayed from Nov 1-4, 2022 and enjoyed the property. This quaint little unit has all the basics and was clean and airy. The bed was very comfortable and the sheets were so soft! We didn't need to use the air conditioning as the unit has ceiling fans in the bedroom and living room. The property itself is lush and well-maintained. There is 24/7 security and we felt very safe. We used the pool one afternoon - water is warm and the pool was cleaned every morning. It's like a quiet oasis right within the city. We walked to the malecón daily. One thing to note is that there are stairs leading to the unit. Also, to get back from the malecón, if you are content to do stairs, it is quite a climb. We enjoyed the exercise but if you have mobility concerns, you may find it challenging. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Incredible Property!

It’s difficult to express how perfect this location is. I am praying that it will be available for my next adventure in Puerto Vallarta because it genuinely was everything I needed. This was my second trip to PV in 2 years and it exceeded all of my expectations. It is quiet, relaxing, and beautiful. The front desk staff is so supportive and helpful. They are also available 24 hours a day. You can see the ocean from the front porch as well which is just an added bonus. The amenities are better than any rental property I have EVER stayed in. They genuinely thought of everything. The bed is so so comfortable, INCREDIBLE water pressure in the shower. Getting to the beach requires a 5-10min walk down some stairs but they have handrails and it is a very easy walk. Coming back is more difficult but Ubers are very cheap so the days I felt tired I would just take a car back up to the property. There is a pharmacia within 7-10min walk as well which is a life saver. So many great restaurants nearby. I ended up not renting a car but knowing I would have a space in a gated area was amazing. The value of this location is unparalleled, I would recommend it to everyone I know, I have already sent the listing to many people because it’s the perfect place to stay, especially for first timers, in my opinion.

Located in the center of PV old city. In walking distance from beach, restaurants, convenience stores. Getting Uber is cheap and fast. Gated community with nice pool and beautiful scenery. Located on a hill, be ready to climb up for few minutes. This one bedroom apartment has all appliances in working condition. Beach umbrella and chairs are available. Front desk very friendly. Owner is responding in timely fashion. Condo is beautifully decorated in Mexican style. Kitchen is fully loaded. The AC is only in the bedroom. If someone is sleeping in the living room it will be hot. Window does not have a sun protective curtain. There are fans but will be noisy when running at higher speed. The bedroom has wooden wall which let outdoor air in and occasionally bugs can crawl in. Washer and dryer 2 in 1 takes 3.5 hr. Used it few times. Armoire had a smell and could not be used. Overall we had a pleasant experience with minor inconveniences.
