The view from this condo are amazing. We saw whales breeching. It's a 4 min. walk to the bus stop. Great restaurants are near. Great location. Owner was responsive when needed.

Very calming, pretty view, lots of beautiful birds flying, we were happy to listen to the action of entertaining groups around the pool.

Gary was very responsive to enquiries, etc. The unit was clean, comfortable and equipped well enough to suit what we required for a short stay. The view from the balcony was mesmerizing and spectacular, day and night. We were kept busy whale watching pretty much every day. Staff were quick to assist with TV issues, caused mainly by batteries in the remote. All fixed to our satisfaction. Water delivery was also handled very quicklly. Overall a good stay!

Thank you very much to this guests for a great review. This was a family of 4, 2 adults and 2 kids so the 2nd bedroom came in very handy for them. They stayed for 10 nights. Great location! Relaxing stay!

The place is far enough so you won’t hear the parties but only 10 minutes to the action area. Balcony is shaded, beach access and a family friendly pool area.

Not to mention the absolutely amazing views of the Ocean, beach, the City and the Sierra Madres mountain range. Thank you very much for this great review. Yes, we do agree that the location is wonderful. It is right on the beach with amazing Ocean, city and Mountain view. And the condo is close to Shopping malls including the new mall "La Isla" right next door with hundreds of stores. I am very happy to hear that they found the condo very well stocked, including towels, utencils, etc. Yes, most guests love the fact that we have our Local Property Manager and our Building administrator onsite. If any issues arise than it can be dealth with right away. Thanks again for this great review. Gary

The condo is on an excellent location. The view of the bay is incredible. I noticed pros and cons of the property.Pros: the location is great and well kept facilities. The kitchen has everything you need if you want to cook anything (like we did a couple days).the complex is next door to a shopping mall with high end stores (who wants to go to the beach to spend the day shopping?) not me .Cons: the access to the pool and beach is only allowed for all inclusive guests. You need to purchase the pass for access to use the pool or beach for 107.00 dollars a day. We had the option to buy daily pass if you want to have breakfast/lunch/dinner. Also the all inclusive will give you the right to use their parking lot if you are driving like we did.The A/C of the condo could be better. The distribution of the air is not evenly provided. In summer time it will be hot.Overall is not a bad choice.

We want to thank these guests for this great review. Yes, the view from the private Balcony is Spectacular. Glad to hear they found everything they needed in the kitchen. As mentioned online, access to Sunscape Resort's common area is restricted unless guests purchase Sunscape's All Inclusive for as many days as they like. Due to no direct access to the pool and beach, we have Highly discounted our rates. Most of our guests do not purchase Sunscape's All Inclusive but it is available to them to purchase. Our guests want to explore PV and the Surrounding areas and experience the wonderful restaurants available in the area. thanks for your review.

Would stay again

Great condo, clean, good location, resort seems nice. Only complaint is we had no hot water in kitchen, complained morning after we checked in but never had it resolved for the week.

Valve for dollar was okay but don’t plan on cooking much unless you bring a clean cutting board and all your own spices. You may also have the dishes as many were left dirty. Also the fridge was leaking. The property management office took a picture but on day 12 no one had come up to fix it. The tv internet kept going out so called property office numerous times but no answer as it was the weekend so went to front desk and they said to contact owner. We did and I feel his reply was very rude.

Thanks for these guests for their review. There is a local Property Manager onsite. They are available everyday except on Sundays. They can resolve issues quickly. We do ask the guests to contact our onsite Property Manager right away if they have any questions or concerns. There are times when TV or WiFi connection may not be working but most times it is temporary or the Remote has a dead battery. Always best to contact our onsite manager for help. Thank you

While Sunscape Resort offers All Inclusive to their guests, none of our guests purchase All Inclusive from Sunscape. There is a kitchen with everything guests need. And there are so many wonderful restaurants close by for our guests to enjoy. Our guests want to experience the real Puerto Vallarta so they enjoy the surrounding areas and all the great Restaurants near the condo and also downtown. Thanks again to these guests.

Cozy

This is a nice 2 bedroom condo with an amazing view. Close to all amenities. We saw whales and dolphins everyday from the balcony. Visited in Jan. Wi-fi is really good. Great info from the property manager.

First visit to PVR

Great location but not having access to the pool or beach was more of a disappointment than I expected. None the less had a great time. Gary the owner was a great communicator and was more than accomodating.

Thanks for this review. Yes, the location is wonderful with many Shopping Malls close by. Walmart & Costco are 5 mins away by car. There are many restaurants within walking distance to the condo. Thank you very much for your compliment regarding our communications. Since the direct beach access was revoked by Sunscape, we have heavily Discounted our rates from $115.00 to $59.00. Public Beach access is only 10 mins away. Guests save a lot of money for this little inconvenience. Thanks again for this review.

Excellent vacation spot!

We needed a restful vacation. My husband with a broken femur wanted to rest. This lovely condo gave him exactly what he needed. The view is magnificent, the condo had everything we needed to cook all our meals, quiet nights were a pleasure compared to some of the spots we have stayed in Mexico. Security was present 24/7, never once did we feel unsafe. We enjoyed our stay thoroughly. Staff were all very pleasant.

Absolutely fantastic.... nice clean condo. Amazing view and Gary the owner was responsive and super accommodating. Staff was good. Pool was beautiful ... Great experience....

Great facilities, location, and view

Pool size, refurbished tennis courts and view were great. Location near food park and grocery store was very convenient. The kitchen was well equipped. The shower stall and shower head are ready for upgrading. Convenient bathroom layout. We're grateful to Gary for the relatively economical holiday.

We want to thank Naomi for this wonderful review. We try hard to keep our prices low so more guests can enjoy an Ocean Front, Two bedroom condo without going over their budget. Yes, location is key, Food court, Restaurants, shopping are all within walking distance to this condo. Yes, the Bathroom area layout is wonderful when there are 4 adults such as in this case. There are double vanities, Separate Toilet and a Separate shower so 4 people can use this area at one time. Thanks Naomi for a great rewiew.

Amazing views and perfect !Has a kitchen and a fridge as well !Close to everything and excellent doormen and security team !Only downfall you have to walk to head to the beach .I got mixed messages because I swim in the ocean and I had pools and chlorine .Maximillian and security Ana didn't have a problem for me going straight down to the beach from the condo but other people didn't like it .I told them it's a public beach and we came to an agreement!I'm a people person and I talk commen sense !The place is perfect to relax and enjoy the view !!!Thanks again Gary!!!

Great condo

This is my second visit to this condo. Love the location and the view! The owner is quick to respond with any questions/concerns. The resort is awesome . There's activities everyday. Costco is a mile away. Plenty of shopping close by. We will be back!!
