Modern lake house, over 3,000 square feet with unbelievable lake view. On property with 40 acres with one other house on property. Sleeps 14 people comfortably with a total of 10 beds. 45 minutes from downtown Birmingham and 15 minutes from Exit 299 off I-65. House is very open plan with very large living room, dining, kitchen and 3 out of 4 bedrooms on ground level.

Includes boat dock with 3 kayaks and ability to dock boat with mooring whip.

Beautiful Home!

This beautiful home is right on the awesome Smith Lake with a great view from the back deck. It was the perfect size for our family of 15. Plenty of spacious common areas. It was very clean and Dale was great to work with, answering any questions we had immediately. Would most definitely recommend this place for large family gatherings!

Perfect for a large group!

Beautiful home, perfect for our family gathering of 10. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out. The porch and lake views are just amazing. We definitely items will be renting this place in the future.

Great house, great location

We rented this house for our annual Smith Lake vacation and will rent again next year! We only had 7 people with us but this house would be perfect for larger gatherings as well. We loved the open great room/kitchen, large table, counter bar stools, nice back porch with bed-swing and incredible view, fire pit area, and loft bedroom with ping pong table. The house is decorated well with a high-end industrial feel. The beds are sooo comfortable which is what you need after a day of tubing or wake boarding. The dock is nice but could use a waverunner docking platform or two (hint, hint). There is a natural rock wall and a dripping waterfall down the stairs toward the dock. The location of this house on the lake is optimal. It is in a sparsely populated creek area, so paddling around with the owner's 2 canoes is definately doable. There is much to explore nearby including the rope swing and jump wall. Trident Marina with their restaurant is close by boat or seadoo. No need to leave if you don't want to because swimming/floating off the dock is sublime!!

Great house for family

We had a wonderful vacation in this property. The house is beautiful with great capacity. Our kids enjoyed the big room with ping pong. The back porch is terrific- loved having coffee out there in the morning. Would definitely come back!

Fantastic family fun.

Absolutely fantastic home with amazing views of Smith Lake. Home sits high over lake and the view is amazing. (Especially when a thunderstorm rolls through. Large covered back porch with comfy furniture/TV/bed swing. Mooring beside the dock if you bring your own boat (not covered) Kayaks available to use. Great slew off the main lake. Beautiful home furnishings. Huge refrigerator/freezer. Ping pong table in awesome kids space upstairs. You might have a friendly neighborhood dog “Harry” stop by for a visit. Highly recommend this property!!!

Bremen Lake House

Could not give highest rating due to toilet in Master bath had issues & guest had to deal with over flowing toilet entire visit. Also, we were not able to lock & secure the front door due to the hardware being stripped out. It appears that the house is in need of overall attention. Place was situated beautifully on the lake & we really enjoyed the back porch where we could watch the British Open. LBBurns
