The host was communicative and prompt throughout our stay. The property was cosy, clean, and very well equipped. It was a short stay for our family at the property, and we would recommend the house for a longer stay.

Nice house, great yard, good location

House was as described and clean and had everything we needed and some extra perks. Community water access is a cute spot, quick/easy access to downtown and beaches. Host checked in to make sure we had everything we needed before check-in and during the stay.

Great spot in Falmouth!

This was such a sweet little spot to stay with family while visiting family in the area! It had everything we wanted and was in a great location.

Location is amazing!

Matt was a pleasure to book with- this was our second stay at his property. Our children love the little beach just a short walk away. The house is clean, cute, and has ample space for a family. The location is great, the neighborhood is quiet and respectful. We will definitely continue to be repeat renters!

We had an amazing week in this home. The house is so well stocked and the provided linens and towels made such a difference. The kids loved catching crabs and fish from the beach right down the street. There was plenty to keep everyone entertained!

This property is in a very tranquil area and close to so many attractions. Ideal for four adults. Beautiful scenery all around and very helpful owner/host. Perfect vacation

Quiet, perfect location!

We couldn’t have asked for a better location! Our kids loved the small beach a short walk away. The house was clean, organized, and was great for a family! Matt was easy to communicate with, we will definitely be renting here again!

Falmouth adventures

This week was great. The house had all the amenities and in a quiet, quaint neighborhood. Enjoyed walking around the area. Good location for day trips around the cape.

Family Vacation

This property was immaculately clean, modernized with a beautiful spacious fenced in backyard. Quiet neighborhood, within walking distance to two small private beaches great for the kids first thing in the morning to get up and go play at the Falmouth fireworks were outstanding. That was only a 10 minute drive , if that . The house was spacious , the beds were comfortable and everything you could need in a household towels, cleaning detergent, beach chairs, etc. were all provided. We would highly recommend this home to any family looking to have a great and memorable family vacation

Comfortable House!

Very nice house. All the comforts of home without the clutter. All the beds were comfortable. My friends and I enjoyed the setting inside and out. Nice space for sitting in front of the house and a nice patio in the back. Quite street Perfect for walking. Quick drive to the ocean and downtown.

Clean, cozy, well-stocked 4 bedroom house

We had a great stay. The house was very clean, no "ick" feeling about any of the rooms or items in the house. The detergent provided is fragrance free so if you prefer your clothes to smell like detergent, bring your own. Small fans are provided in the bedrooms for white noise except the bunk bed room. Dishwasher provided. There are bathrooms plus an outdoor shower that we used everyday. We used their kayak one day. There is a small little beach/docking area a 5 minute walk away. We mainly went there for the kids. It's not a beach, per se, to spend the day at and sunbathe. But the kids liked catching crabs down there and digging for clams with their shovels. Lots of big beaches around. We enjoyed Old Silver Beach the best. The house has central air and a dehumidifier upstairs, but you have to empty the water (it's super easy). We liked having a code to punch in at the front door instead of carrying keys around. We would stay here again. The agent was super communicative and easy to reach and talk to. Whenever I had a question, he would answer within minutes or hours. The attached picture is of my kids playing at the little beach down the road.

Hello, we are Matt and Danielle and would like to thank you for considering our home for your vacation! We are life long residents of Massachusetts and our love for the beach and Cape Cod led to our purchase of this home in 2018 to make life long memories with our children.

Por qué eligió esta propiedad

This property is ideal for families with young children who want to just load up a beach cart for a short walk to an Association Beach on Great Pond where the kids can build sandcastles, hunt for hermit crabs and watch boats go back and forth. Adults will love our roof deck with beautiful water and sunset views and our outdoor shower where you can rinse the kids off after a long day at the beach. We are just a short drive to downtown Falmouth, which features several shops and restaurants and also to the Ferry that can take you to Martha's Vineyard.
