We had a couple of minor issues with check in but the host corrected it immediately. Great location, clean unit and great space.

This apartment was beautiful. Well decorated and designed, modern furniture throughout. Kitchen had all you need including coffee machine. Parking no problem right outside. My host was easily contacted through WhatsApp texts as it translates from Portuguese to English. It was very clean. Washing machine also in kitchen and dish washer ( I used neither). No pool, but a pool bar is five minutes walk up the hill ( pool on the hill). All in all a lovely holiday and would recommend as long as you have no issue with stairs.

Nice property in an ideal location for the beaches and old town. An easy walk to the marina in the opposite direction. Comfy accommodation with plenty of space. Easy and prompt communication with the host when required.

A nice stay

We went in Albufeira for a few days vacation at Andre's place. The apartment was comfortable and with all the facilities, and near to the beach. We spent there a good time and Andre and his staff helped us where needed. Reccomended

Lovely apartment

We stayed here for a week in march 2025.lovely apartment,It's on the 3rd floor with no lift so a bit awkward if you are not fit,We were two elderly women so found it hard to get cases up and down ,but a nice taxi driver helped ,This is a nice quiet area

Main land

The place was very clean and nice the only thing I would change is the stairs going up to the 3 floor and if they had ac in the bedrooms but otherwise location was perfect and would rented again still give it a 10 out of 10

Nice property. Clean and tidy.Host very helpfull.The pool on the hill next to it is great if you want a day by the pool, has sncks and drinks with a great view.The marina is only a 10minute walk as is the beach and the town centre.Only thing is there are a lot of steps to the apartment so if your not to fit speak to the owner

Perfect

The Location is very close to the Beach and a Supermarkt. We enjoyed staying at Andre‘s Place who is a very nice Host. The Check- in and Check- out procedure were uncomplicated and the appartment had everything we needed. Since we stayed during the Winterseason it was a bit chilly at nighttimes, therefore I recommend to provide thicker Blankets. Nevertheless we enjoyed our stay and will come back again.blankeres

Good location

Andre was very responsive to all messages.Could have used a few more amenities like extra dish cloth, napkins maybe some basics like salt and pepper.Very close to a small grocery store which was convenient.Arrived late due to flight delay and found it a bit difficult to find apartment.

Great place for a holiday but...

The apartment is very nice and located, about 10 minutes walk from the beach. The rooms are large and the common areas spacious. But made less detailed with a scouring pad, some kitchen towels, perhaps gel or shampoo. Overall, the stay has been very good and the communication. Perhaps these details are what he lacks to achieve an even greater note. with André positive.

Great value

Our stay was fab. Literally 10 mins walk to the old town and the beach. Very well equipped . Was great having to take much less due to having a washing machine, dishwasher was also a big plus. Air con machines in both bedrooms great. The big plus was also being to access international tv, Netflix and YouTube and the internet worked very well. Just a couple of things I brought to his attention and he assures me those things will be rectified for the enjoyment of the next guests . Compared to the cost of staying In other apartments in the same area I feel this was superb value being a lot less in cost. Dry quiet area, easy to find. Great stay

Portugal Getaway

Overall the place is pretty nice especially the kitchen area (Noting dishwasher and washer was difficult to operate not knowing cycle...could have used instructions) Upstairs shower is fairly small...difficulty moving within said shower. And bedroom to the right upstairs would have been nice to have additional blankets and pillows. Entrance door hard to utilize with key...We were generally pleased with layout, although many stairs to access apartment...Management were friendly and location was very good. Happy to have experienced the opportunity. People in the area were very nice! Portugal was awesome!

Good position but you are up a hill, the accommodation does look like the photo’s inside with plenty of room although they do not show building entrance or view from balcony which are all very off putting and old. Communication was particularly bad, when I enquired about cost of accommodation I was told 70 a night then when I went to pay it was increased to 90, when I sent a question to this there was no reply also when I asked for the address the year before when we were visiting Albufiera, no reply, had to wait till 5 pm to enter apartment.

My wife and I had a very good time in the apartment. The amenities are good, the living room is excellent, and the location is perfect: close to the beach (by lift or stairs), the supermarket, and the town center for dinner and other activities. It’s very easy to get a taxi to the bus station if needed, and also to the pool on the hill, which is a great place to spend your last day if you’re leaving Albufeira in the evening and want to take a shower before catching your bus or flight. Andre is very communicative and easy to talk to. Since we were arriving during the night (2 a.m.), I asked him to keep his mobile on in case we needed assistance with check-in. We didn’t need to contact him at that time, but he messaged me on WhatsApp to ask if everything was fine! I recommend it.

Bonito duplex cerca de la playa

El apartamento esta impecable y tiene unas vistas maravillosas desde la terraza de arriba. Cerca de la playa, pero en una zona muy tranquila. Se agradececpor la noche la brisa del mar que llega para dormir a gusto. Hemos estado fenomenal y la comunicación con el propietario ha sido perfecta.

An sich eine schöne geräumige Wohnung, gute Lage, nah zum Strand, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fußläufig. Die Wohnung hat Vor- und Nachteile und es wäre super, wenn mehr Gäste über die Mängel berichtet hätten. Bei der Ankunft gab es ein paar akute Probleme in der Wohnung, die der Gastgeber in ein paar Tagen beheben konnte. Die Kommunikation läuft zwar über den Gastgeber, aber er scheint nicht selbst vor Ort zu sein, die Wohnung wird von einer Dame betreut, die äußerst unfreundlich ist und ausschließlich portugiesisch spricht! Das Wohnzimmer in der Wohnung ist das einzige Zimmer, das klimatisiert wird. Oben in den Schlafzimmern stehen komische Geräte, die kühlen sollen, sind extrem laut und können überhaupt nicht kühlen. Wenn man Glück hat, ist es abends etwas windig und wenn man die Türen offen lässt, kommt frische Luft rein. Bad ist ok, die Dusche sollte aber erneuert werden, sieht nicht mehr einladend aus. Von den Möbeln her, hat man alles was man im Urlaub braucht. Es gibt keinen Besen (nur ein winzig kleiner, der eigentlich nicht zum Reinigen gedacht ist) oder Staubsauger, man kann zwischendurch nicht putzen. Die Wohnung war beim Check-In sehr oberflächlich gereinigt, man hat auf dem Boden Sand gespürt. Wasserkocher in der Küche hat Wackelkontakt, wir konnten aber trotzdem jedesmal Wasser kochen, ist halt nervig und muss nicht sein, sollte man erneuern. Ein wichtiger Punkt ist, dass es keinen Aufzug gibt und die Koffer in den 3 Stock getragen werden müssen.

Andre hat eine schöne Wohnung,in einem Wohnkomplex .Sie ist sehr geräumig auf zwei Ebenen verteilt mit zwei Schlafzimmer und einer schönen Küche mit einigen Elektrischen Geräten des täglichen Bedarfs,und alles sehr sauber, alles genau wie die Bilder es sagen.Man hat einen schönen Blick aufs Meer.Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.Das einzige was wir bemängeln ist die Dusche,sie entspricht nicht dem guten Niveau der Wohnung.André war steht's bemüht alle Unklarheiten umgehend zu beantworten und zu klären.Was zu Beachten ist ,man sollte noch einigermaßen fit sein ,da die Wohnung auf einen kleinen Hügel und die Wohnung im dritten Stock liegt.Ein Supermarkt ist in unmittelbarer Nähe.Wir empfehlen die Wohnung gerne weiter,waren im Mai 26 dort.Fam. Stein
