The House by the Sea offers unobstructed views of the ocean. This coastal kitchen is the perfect place to prepare meals for your company. Large, combined kitchen, eating, and living space. The master bedroom and bathroom, as well as a second guest bathroom, are all located on the main floor. A trundle bed can be found in a loft space on the second floor along with the second bedroom. There's a sun room and a living room with a sofa bed downstairs.

Weekend Stay

We live in the area and enjoy Dillon Beach. The views of the ocean and of the bay from are great - perfect for sunset. Comfortable furnishings in a very cozy house. Good communication with the manager. Easy check-in. One note: the listing says there is construction "up the hill." To be more specific, the construction is on the lot next door to the property right outside the kitchen and main level bedroom windows. It doesn't block the ocean view, but the construction is level with the house since they have excavated the hill to make a level area to build a home. Fortunately the very loud construction/heavy equipment noise ended by midday on Saturday, and there is no construction on Sunday. There is also construction way up the hill/road. But we did not hear any noise from that. Just something to keep in mind.

Girl Trip

Had a wonderful time at this gorgeous home. Already planning a return trip. Thank for the attention to detail and care you take of your property. We had a fun and relaxing weekend. The view of the ocean was a great bonus also.

Phenomenal location and views

Great location and views. Highly recommended. We had an unfortunate incident with our dog in the house which was totally unexpected and fully unacceptable but outside of that would highly recommend

Comfortable house in great location

We came to Dillon Beach to celebrate our sister's 50th wedding anniversary. The location was excellent; we could walk up the hill to their house in 10 minutes. The house is furnished very nicely and very well equipped. The beds were comfortable. The only drawback is that the two bathrooms are both on the same floor. One is in the master suite, the other in the hallway. That meant that the couple staying in the upstairs room had to come downstairs, while the person staying in the lower level had to come upstairs to use the bathroom. For people in their seventies, this means one or more times a night. It's not an issue for younger people, and the house was otherwise lovely, charming, and well-equipped (except for tissues; bring your own).

Beautiful place

We came to relax and celebrate my 65th birthday. The house is beautiful and the view is amazing. Loved how peaceful and relaxing the area was. We had deer, hares and quail walking through the yard, which we really enjoyed. The beach was a joy to visit. This house has everything you need for a great visit. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything you would need. Would definitely recommend.

Absolutely Beautiful!

Lovely home, beautifully done. Great views, comfy beds. Kitchen had everything you could need. Spaces for separation and also plenty of room to come together and hang out an play games. We loved it.

Perfect get away

Great place to hangout with family and enjoy the ocean and mountain views

The house is well stocked for hanging out, cooking, relaxing, and quality family time. We enjoyed having three separate levels of sleeping options. The appointments and furnishings are casual and not fussy which was as advertised and worked fine for us. The area in general offers great walks/hikes including more remote coastline trails.

Hidden Gem

Home was very well appointed. It comes with just about everything you need to cook in. Weekend getaway was everything we were hoping for and the house was a major factor in our enjoyment. Highly recommend this property.

Lovely multi-level home with views of the Pacific

We chose this place based on the photos of the views. The pictures are accurate, even though we managed to come on a very foggy weekend. Still, the house is cozy and clean with comfortable beds. It was just my husband and I, but this would be a comfortable place for a family of four or five people.

Views, views, views!

This house is a terrific property. Incredible views! The home felt very cozy… Relaxing living area, comfortable beds, good size dining table, fully stocked kitchen. Lots of wildlife on the hillsides to enjoy. Close to Dillon Beach. Small general store nearby, with essential groceries, but I suggest bringing most of your groceries with you! We had a bit of an issue upon arrival, but Linda, property manager, addressed it quickly, and went above and beyond for us. We greatly appreciated her!

Gorgeous view!

My visiting family members enjoyed a relaxing vacation in this home with a beautiful view and a great cooking/dining area. Plenty of places to sleep comfortably and kid friendly.
