SINGLE LEVEL three bedroom, two bath home overlooking Tomales Bay, Dillon Beach and the Pacific Ocean. Open spacious floor plan with a sun room. Wood burning fireplace located in the living room, large dining table accommodating 6 .
The garage has a ping pong table for those who enjoy playing this sport. Deck for viewing the ocean with BBQ located right off from the sun room.

Family Getaway

We were pleased with the beautiful views, the deer walking through the yard each morning and lovely walks in the neighbourhood. The house is well laid out and we hope to stay there again.

We were very happy with our stay at the single level home in Dillon Beach. The neighborhood is extremely quiet. We chose to stay there hoping there would be very few fireworks. We were extremely relieved that we barely heard any fireworks at all. The views from the house are great! There were a couple days where we didn't have views due to the fog but that's expected. We had a minor problem at the house and the property manager took care of it immediately.

Beautiful Sunset!

This was our 2nd visit. We stayed several houses near Dillon beach. This house is our favorite one with beautiful sunset every day.

Delightful Dillon Beach House

The photos and description of this home are accurate. The kitchen was easy to work in and appliances are in good condition. The beds were firm but comfortable. A very nice house to enjoy! The property management team are exemplary as always!

Fun for Multigenerational Family

We were a group ranging in age from 73 elders to parents 40-ish with two toddlers. The accommodations were spacious and excellent for all ages allowing comfortable communal space and private space as well. The views were breathtaking and salutary regardless of weather and the side trips venturing off the beaten path were great.

Awesome views, super comfy

This beach house has amazing views and is super spacious. Our family of 4 had plenty of room to spread out. We loved the sun room and the comfy beds. The house is thoughtfully appointed and the kitchen has all you need for cooking meals. We will be back!

Spectacular view with plenty of room

Highly recommend! Big windows provide a stunning view of the ocean & beautiful surroundings which include bunnies, quail and other birds.The home is very spacious, especially the main living area with plenty of seating, and it was perfect for our multi-generational family. Some updated couches would be nice, but this is still a top notch place to enjoy Dillon Beach and the coast. John was super responsive, and the house was extremely clean.

Perfect for Relaxing & Quiet

Of course the first thing we see when we walked through the door was the incredible views. We couldn’t get enough. The house was clean, neat and orderly. It has enough to keep us comfortable. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Perfect in Every Way

It was perfect even with the heavy fog that rolled in. Close to the beach where we flew kites and long walks. BBQ was great, beds were great but view was spectacular. No "real" tv but we didn't miss watching the news or any re-runs. Will stay at Kona house again.

Beautiful house and location

This is the second time we have rented this lovely house. All was as expected except the king bed was different and not in a good way. The firmest bed ever! Not comfortable at all. My husband slept on the couch. If can’t replace should put at least a 2 inch topper on it. All else was wonderful ! My sister enjoyed it too. The queen bed was nice she said.

Great View

Going without a television for over a day was a problem, plus you only get apps, no regular channels. We also did not like the property manager coming in while we were not there. The rug coming out from the kitchen is a hazard, as we tripped every time.

Amazing views. Great location.

Wow! The views are amazing. All the windows gave us gorgeous view of beach and ocean. It's really breath taking and exactly what we were looking for in a "beach house". The place is very clean and had all the kitchen basics we needed. It's a great neighborhood for walking. We saw deer and rabbits everyday. We saw a gorgeous sunset one of the evenings. The beach is a 5 min (max) drive (dog friendly, plenty of parking, easy walk from lot). My only complaint is the couches/chairs are a little uncomfortable for watching a movie. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely go back.

Lovely place, great view

The location is up the hill overlooking town and beach. Beautiful view. Firm but comfortable beds, clean place. For us TV being only for streaming services was an issue for us. Property manager was helpful but would be better to have instructions in the welcome binder. We watched Netflix but must have been someone else’s service since we could not find a way to sign in with our account. Our power went out from a storm. Glad we brought wood for stove! There were quite a few battery lanterns that were quite nice so we played cards. The BBQ needs attention. Bring your own spices and all fry pans were small. Only large one needs replacing. Home itself was very comfortable. Wouldn’t think twice about coming back.
