Casa Corazon Rojo is a beautifully decorated unit located on the 5th floor in the brand new and luxurious Zenith Condominium Development.

All the modern conveniences, spacious rooms, perfect location, comfortable furniture (especially the bed,) nicely decorated and close to everything you want in PV. A perfect place to stay that I recommend highly!

This modern condo in Puerto Vallarta exceeded our expectations! The rooftop pool was a highlight, offering great views of the city and ocean. Situated in a prime location near restaurants, we enjoyed convenient access to delicious dining options. The apartment itself was beautifully furnished and provided all the comforts of home. A perfect getaway spot!

Beautiful condo and a perfect location to everything

This was my first time in the Zenith building and I cannot wait to come back. The condo was perfect. Move-in ready (great furniture, design and always nice to have a washer and dryer). Gabriel and Randy were very responsive from the minute I booked my vacation -- thank you guys! If you have never been to PV, this condo is within 2 blocks of dozens of restaurants and bars, in a very safe neighborhood and about 4 blocks to the beach.

Zenith is a fabulous luxurious condo building in a great location with regard to the beach and restaurants. Gabriel is super efficient and helpful with any questions you may have. We had everything and more in the condo and would highly recommend. Our favorite restaurant was The Iguana at Casa Kimberley but we didn’t have a bad meal and all great value. Can’t wait for our next visit to Puerto Vallarta!

Beautiful condo on Romantic Zone

I stayed here for a week in April 2024. Condo is just as pictured online and is gorgeous. I was concerned about the balconies being so close across the street but found once I was there it did not really bother me. Either people were not on their balconies or they were busy doing their own thing. The only thing negative I have to say is the manager was supposed to meet us in the lobby to check us in, give us a tour and explain the rules. We arrived on a holiday, Easter Monday, so that have been why he did not meet us which is fine. The problem is I wish he had contacted me before we left home. He called and emailed me as we were travelling and as I did not have wifi and thought he was meeting us in the lobby I did not check my messages. He finally called the lobby as we were waiting so we got checked in. Other than that it was a great place and I would highly recommend it.

Disappointed

I have stayed in PV many times over the years and I am actively searching for a condo to buy. As such I do know what to ask when renting a condo there. I specifically asked about the guest/friend policy of the condo building and was mislead buy the renters. The condo itself was beautful and well appointed but the washing machine did not work and the AC in the main living area did not function properly. Most importantly I found two of the condo staff quite rude.....I have never experienced that in my many years in PV. I am glad I stayed there however as I have take Zenith off my list for potential buildings to buy in.

Great condo, after check-in issues

When I arrived, the front desk had no record of me. And the previous occupants hadn’t left yet. I reached the host, Steve. A mix-up on his end, double-booked that night. Steve is a nice guy, and to his credit, he quickly found me another condo and even drove me over there. Next day, he brought me back to this condo. He gave me the 4-digit code for the unit’s electronic door lock (verbally plus texted it to me). Later, when I tested the code before going to dinner, it didn’t work. Another call to Steve, and he came over right away. I was given the wrong code. After those two issues were resolved, all was good. I was there 9 days. As the other reviews say, the condo is beautiful. Other than the check-in problems, I would give it highest ratings.

Well-appointed condo in the heart of Zona Romantica

My husband and I stayed from Oct 21-25, 2022 and were very impressed by how thoughtfully this unit is appointed. It is not only exceptionally well-decorated, but also very functional. The photos don't do it justice, and the rooftop pool was fabulous. High walk score here - there's an oxxo a block away, restaurants and street food within visual distance from the unit and if you stand at the balcony railing, you can see the ocean. There is air conditioning in the master bedroom which we used just at night. There's a safe in the room as well as a washer and dryer in the hall closet. Communication with our host wad prompt We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would come back in a heartbeat.

Fantastic stay at the zenith !

We had a fabulous stay at Steve’s place . Very nice condo with nice finishes and add-ons… paper towel, toilet paper, shampoo/conditioner and hand soap at all sinks . The kitchen is well supplied with what you need to cook dinner, if that’s your preference ( I love to cook and with all the fresh ingredients so readily available it was a real treat ) The location is close to great restaurants, bars and markets . We loved being back in zona Romántica !

Great building!

The condo was super clean with all amenities. The decor and artwork was very tasteful and we enjoyed the rooftop pool. The only negative was looking into the condos across the street but we got used to ignoring as much as we could! Overall a great place and we would come back!

Very nice escape

The condo was super comfortable and very well appointed. The kitchen had everything we needed. Both bathrooms are very nice and it was great to have the washer and dryer for our 3-week stay. We enjoyed being able to fully open the wall of glass to the deck, extending the living space, and hanging out there. The neighborhood is active and we talked with friendly people in condos across the street from our balcony. Our favorite thing was the pool. The palm trees are genius. they don't just look cool. They provide shade any time of day. No matter how hot and sunny, the pool was a great escape and a perfect temperature. Big thumbs up to Steve who was easy to contact and very responsive to any little question. And the front desk staff was very friendly and helpful as well.

Perfect location

The people who work here are very pleasant. The property is very clean and the rooftop was very relaxing. The location is awesome being only a 5 min walk to the beaches and there are plenty of great stores at your feet.

We’ll located, comfortable apartment, with everything you need for a wonderful visit to PV. Beautiful rooftop terrace with pool and jacuzzi. We thought we had died and gone to heaven. We want to come back!

Vacation Extraordinaire

Well manicured and very clean. From the main lobby to the floor we stayed on to the Terrace floor..all was immaculate. Everything in the condo was available for our use which made our stay easy. Lots of day shopping as well as nightlife (restaurants and clubs). Short walk to beach. Very friendly atmosphere at condo (Randy and Gabriel and their staff) as well as the neighborhood. Would recommend Zenith at the top of my list.

A Magical Week at Casa Corazon Rojo

Recently named one of the favorite travel cities by Conde Nast readers, Conde Nast-PV Puerto Vallarta has grown into a vibrant beach city. There is no better landing spot for exploring this city than Casa Corazon Rojo in la Zona Romantica. CCR is located in a beautiful new condominium building with elevators, air conditioning, filtered water, a wall of windows that opens onto a private terrace and a rooftop infinity pool with views from the ocean to the hillside. The condo is only a few blocks from the beach and the Malecon and it’s about a 20-minute walk to old town across the river bridges. The staff is professional and friendly, greeting us always with the traditional lilting “hola”. The condo is extremely clean and well appointed with a full kitchen and toiletry supplies. There is even a washer and dryer in the unit! The two bathrooms made it easy for us to spread out. The manager Gabriel is available to answer questions and made front desk key pick-up and drop-off seamless. We visited in late June-the off season. It was hot and humid, but the beach, pool and snorkeling excursions kept us cool. We got one good thunder and lightning storm, albeit short-lived. The benefit of visiting off season is that we were able to try quite a few restaurants during our stay. Puerto Vallarta boasts a number of excellent restaurants. In close walking distance to CCR is Joe Jack’s. Another local favorite is Merida Grill where the tabletop salsa there is perfectly seasoned and the margaritas are strong. Restaurants on the beach include palapas and chair service in most cases. Sunset is the magic hour in Puerto Vallarta. Especially in the summer heat, the whole town seems to slow down and enjoy the sun’s decent over the ocean. One of the most beautiful sunset restaurants we visited was Casa Kimberly in the former home of Elizabeth Taylor. Our time at the Casa Corazon Rojo was magical; the beautiful, finely appointed apartment, the stunning rooftop pool and the perfect location to explore Puerto Vallarta.

Great week in PV

Our hosts, Gabriel and Randy were so helpful and friendly. They answered all of our questions and provided lots of information like great local restaurant recommendations, etc. The suite was magnificent, decorated with beautiful local art pieces as well as so many extra amenities included. Great Location, Great Place! Just Great!

We are frequent travelers to Puerto Vallarta and there are fantastic places to stay. This tops the list. The location is fantastic! It is close to some of the best restaurants, breweries (yes!) and most importantly....the playa! (beach!) Casa Corazon is perfect! Two full bathrooms, kitchen and very comfortable bed. Security is top notch and we felt safe walking in and walking out. We are already planning our next trip to PV and this location is on the list. You cannot go wrong. FYI, the host provide beach towels and even umbrellas. (yea...umbrellas sounds silly but you never know!) Enjoy your stay! You will not regret it. Mike & Butch

Gabriel grew up in Mexico City while Randy grew up on a working cattle and horse ranch in Southeastern New Mexico. Gabriel and Randy have lived in Dallas, Mexico City and now make their home in beautiful Puerto Vallarta.
Gabriel and Randy were both in the Hospitality Industry in Mexico City, Mexico and Dallas, Texas respectively. Gabriel and Randy currently own long-term rentals in Dallas, Texas and Mexico City, Mexico.
