This handsome 3-bedroom, 2-bath condominium has over 1600 square feet of living area and boasts some of the best views in the charming neighborhood of West Vail right from your deck! It’s a short walk to the complimentary in-town shuttle just out the front door which will drop you at both Lionshead and Vail Villages as well as, the grocery stores and local restaurants.

The two guest bedrooms, bathroom and full-size washer/dryer are on the entry level of this well-appointed, 3-story property. There is also a built-in coat rack for gear and shoe storage for your convenience. The first bedroom is fitted with a queen, 4-poster bed. The second bedroom offers full-over-full bunk beds and TV.
The living room is on the second level and is a most beautiful gathering place featuring an open floor plan, vaulted ceilings, stone wrapped wood-burning fireplace, large flat screen TV and comfy sectional sofa perfect for relaxing after a long day on the slopes. The sofa is equipped with a queen sleeper and upgraded mattress. From the living room you can step out onto the spacious deck and breathe in the spectacular views of the local mountainscapes, soak in your private hot tub or barbecue a feast for the family.
Adjacent to the living room is the kitchen and has lots of room and is pleasantly updated with granite tile counters and stainless appliances. The dining area is just off the kitchen and there is plentiful seating for six with additional seating for two at the bar.
The upper floor is where you’ll find the private master bedroom with king bed, TV and newly remodeled, dedicated bathroom with dual sinks, barn door and shower/tub combo.
The condo comes with 2 outdoor parking spaces; 1 covered space in carport and 1 other assigned spot not covered. This unit sleeps a maximum of 8 people. Just five minutes from the lifts at the base of Lionshead and 1.9 miles from Talisa Village lift #20. This gorgeous home truly has it all making it the perfect intermountain getaway!
You will receive an invite to the guest portal at the time of booking with reservation confirmation. Access instructions are emailed seven days prior to arrival.
All Vail properties come stocked with a basic starter package of paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, hand/body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, sponge and dishwasher detergent (this is a 3-4 night supply, guests may purchase additional products locally). Each home is equipped with hotel quality bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances.
