EAA House for Rent, sleeps 3-10, use of mini van negotiable

3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath home with additional beds provided for extra guests; can accommodate up to 10 people. There is a washer and dryer for your use and we will provide all bedding and towels. Wifi is also included.

The 3 bedrooms and both full baths are on the 2nd floor. There is a brand new “Lazy Boy” pullout couch with deluxe Queen size mattress in the formal living room and curtains in doorways for privacy. Additionally, we can provide 2 more twin-sized beds in the formal dining room if you require them. The formal dining room can also be completely curtained off for privacy.

The formal living room and formal dining room are on the ground floor. Also on the ground floor, are the 1/2 bath, living room, kitchen, and informal dining areas. The freshly finished patio area has a gazebo for shade, screen curtains for use if needed, and comfortable padded chairs for relaxing or outside dining as well.

Master Bedroom= King size bed and attached full bathroom
Bedroom 2= Full size bed
Bedroom 3=(2) twin beds
Formal Living room=Queen pull-out couch (with curtains for privacy)
Dining room=(2) twin beds (with curtains for privacy)

There is still the kitchen and informal dining area and family room for common areas. These areas are all connected and have easy access to the back deck, where you will find a Weber gas grill and newer comfortable patio set for your use. The first floor also has a 1/2 bath and the laundry area. We provide laundry soap and fabric softener, dish soap and toilet tissue. Family room has Wii, and X-box 360 for Netflix or gaming.

If you are flying in, and would like to have grocery items or sundries on hand prior to your arrival, we can make those arrangements.
If you require a vehicle, we can discuss this option for additional cost and may have a car, minivan, or truck available based on your requirements.

Rent is $490/night with 5-night minimum for up to 5 guests. Additional guests and pets $20 per night.

Do you require local (within 25 miles) airport pickup upon arrival? I will be happy to do that for you at no additional cost.

Wish to bring your well-behaved pet? Yes, you can for a small additional charge.
