Welcome to our new luxury loft condo, located in the iconic Soper & Spikes building at 601 S. Main Street, Oshkosh. Situated in a prime location, near Appleton and Green Bay. This stunning 2-bedroom condo overlooks the beautiful Fox River and is nestled in the heart of downtown Oshkosh. Key Features include: Expansive Private Rooftop Deck: Perfect for entertaining or relaxing, with breathtaking views of the Fox River, Leach Amphitheater (home of Waterfest), and EAA flyovers. This is a premier private viewing spot for EAA. Spectacular Views: Located on the third floor, the condo offers spectacular city and water views from all areas within the spacious living area. Luxury Amenities: High-end appliances and plenty of seating, make it an ideal spot for a relaxing getaway or special celebration.
Other Things to Note:Check-in at 4pm, Check-out at 11am. Sleeps up to 6 guests: 2 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, plus a Queen sleeper sofa (Main bedroom suite has private bathroom/shower.)Washer and Dryer included in the condo. Accessible via stairs only; no elevator or lift available. No children under 12, no pets. 100% no smoking, no e-cigarettes. Complimentary Wi-Fi and smart TV.

Beautiful property and great location. Close to restaurants, the river, the lake, EAA, etc. host was helpful and easy to communicate with. And the loft is perfect with a great deck and nice wine bar downstairs.

Wonderful property. My wife and I have stayed in many renovated/reclaimed spaces, the fit and finish of this redo were outstanding. The host was available and responsive. The space is actually larger than what is shown in the photos. Lots of wonderful touches and inclusions - a fabulous stay.

A beautiful rustic industrial cozy setting with great views of the river and downtown Oshkosh. Very clean and spacious. Comfortable beds and supplied with everything you need. Just the way we would want it to be. A home away from home. The owners are very responsive, attentive and complete gentlemen if you ever need anything. A private grand deck and parking are included too. Highly recommended. Thank you for having us! The Cavanaughs

Charming decor, beautiful views, and new remodel made this a perfect stay However high quality beds and bedding are always my biggest factors. The apt was extremely clean and the host was wonderfully accommodating. Aaron was terrific with quick responses and clear communication. We loved the walk-out rooftop patio and would absolutely recommend this property.

We loved our stay at this beautiful apartment — it truly felt like a Brooklyn loft with its exposed brick and stylish layout. Everything was spotless, and we appreciated how well‑stocked it was with plenty of towels, plus a washer and dryer which made our trip even easier.The listing mentioned an iron and ironing board, and while they weren’t there initially, the owner was incredibly responsive — a brand‑new set was delivered to our door within 30 minutes of asking. Great service.We were in town for the XRoads41 festival, and the location couldn’t have been better. It was only about 10 minutes from the festival grounds. The apartment is on the Fox River, perfect for a relaxing walk, and we enjoyed a meal at a riverfront restaurant. There’s also a fantastic brewery right across the street.One important note: this is a third‑floor walkup with no elevator. We knew that when we booked, but it’s worth mentioning for anyone who may have difficulty with stairs.Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this rental!

Beautiful top notch apartment straight out of an Architectural Digest magazine. It was totally gorgeous, comfortable and stocked well for a comfortable stay!

Great space

All 4 of us were in awe of this space. Beautifully done to show off the brick of the old building and a great little oasis in Oshkosh. Super clean and a comforting space. Would stay here again if in the area.

Absolutely beautiful condo. It has so much charm with a modern design. It is very spacious inside and then add on the bonus rooftop area. I hosted a bridal shower and every single person commented on how lovely the place was. It was also incredibly clean. I highly recommend and hope to have the opportunity to return someday.
