Great Stay

It was a wonderful property that was perfect for our family vacation. Would recommend to anyone. Only problem was the WIFI was awesome but luckily we weren’t there to be on our phones.

Great location!

Property's location is a block away from the village which it made it perfect for a walk. A lot of space in the house, very clean and easy to operate.

Close to wedding venue

Work out great close to my daughters wedding venue she was able get ready and was a short golf cart ride away to venue

Ski Trip

The property is comfortable and well-appointed. It is close to the Eagle via the free shuttle. The property managers were very responsive in their communications. Would definitely stay at this property again.

White Christmas

Spacious living area for our family of twelve! Two bedrooms were small but adequate. Ping pong table was fun. Nice Jacuzzi off playroom. Bought cookie sheets and made Christmas cookies as it snowed all day Christmas Eve. Beautiful. Born and raised in Southern California, this was our first white Christmas!

Family get together

Had a wonderful family get together with our grown children and our grandchildren. House totally met our needs as it was comfortable,clean and well stocked. On a golf course which was great for sledding for our young grandkids. Would recommend bringing some sleds/saucers with you as they were a hit for the youngsters. Would definitely return as it is a beautiful setting.

Great times!

We enjoyed our stay at this house. The booking, check in and check out processes were easy. The host was responsive and easy to communicate. The house is great. Please note that loft is not really private, as the master bedroom entrance is also there. It was snowing when we stayed. The roads and driveways were cleaned all the time, so challanges to get out. The ski mountain is close. We even skied in when the road was covered with snow. The closest ski area is Eagle Lodge. The grocery store is nearby. Good time!

Great house. Comfort for several families

House was great. Large and plenty of room for multiple families. Game room was nice and enjoyed. A little small to hangout in there. Jacuzzi was great. They provided enough robes for all in the house and had towels ready near by. Both were nice touches. The master was huge and so comfortable. The other bedrooms had queen beds and were fine for the other adult guests. Walkable distance to Eagle lodge (w/o kids) but shuttle stop was very close.

5 star worthy except for a few minor issues

The place was very clean and comfortable. Great location and the kids enjoyed the open area to play in the snow, which is just a few steps away. I was able to watch the kids play while being inside. There was plenty of space to move around. The place was very up to date with nice fixings. The only issues were the stove rack is broken and collapsed while we were cooking. The water filter was leaking and therefore could no longer use that. After those issues get fixed I would definitely stay there again!

Beautiful Mammoth Mountain Location, Great for Families

My group of 4 families, all with young kids, stayed at the rental property from Jan 2-6 2023. The property is situated in an excellent location on a golf course only a short drive away from Eagle Lodge, Canyon Lodge, and the Village. It is a townhome that is one half of a large standalone property with its own private garage, driveway and hot tub. It is a newer build, so the property is in good condition. Because of the winter weather, the golf course was closed and covered with snow, which made for an awesome location for sledding and playing with the kids practically right in the backyard! The large and open kitchen/dining/family room area is a major asset for multiple family groups staying in the rental together. It was the central hub for all group time, meals and games. There is also a game room downstairs with a very nice, sturdy ping pong table and a balcony with hot tub right outside. The hot tub had some technical issues when we first arrived, but the property owner was quick in responding to the problem and sent a technician out to solve the issue immediately. There is a washer/dryer in the unit, which is especially handy for longer stays with lots of winter activities. The bathroom floors are also heated, which was a really nice touch! There are a couple of issues that people should be aware of. First, Mammoth internet services are not great, and it gets especially jammed up on busy holiday periods when there are so many people staying in the area. The owner said they have portable wifi hotspots available by request. I recommend contacting the host early in the stay if this becomes a problem. Second, the family room fireplace turns on with a switch on the wall next to the fireplace, but sometimes it would turn off on its own. Apparently this may be connected to the ambient temperature of the room and the settings on the thermostat, so the thermostat may need to be adjusted if this happens. Otherwise, we had a great experience staying at this location and would recommend to others.

Company summer outing

Nice property situated in a very nice area next to golf course and few minutes away from downtown and stores. Although we had few hiccups in locating the property, because street signs are missing and some are so small and hard to see. House address is not on Google map. Also instruction on opening the garage is not clear. They said punch in 4 numbers and no enter keys and it should open. They sent somebody who was able to open but was so offending to say to us that all garages are the same and we should know to hit the up and down keys. The guy is totally a talker, we keep on saying to leave, but keeps on saying over and over again that we should be thankful that he opened the property for us. His job is just to open the house and leave.

Wedding weekend

This is a large spacious home that gave our family plenty of room! Very clean. Downsides were a very weak internet and the ceiling fan stopped working and it was quite warm inside the house.

Wonderful Place

This place was perfect for our family vacation. My 91 year old mom came along with my husband and my two grown kids and their families. The loft was perfect for all the cousins to sleep. No one wanted to leave. The service, with any questions, was phenomenal. Loved it.

Three families for a ski weekend had a blast!

We had a great time! One of my favorite touches (and I've stayed at a lot of VRBOs/ABNBs) was the the jacuzzi was heated and ready when we arrived! The house was nice, with a lot of space. The loft is open to the living room/dining room FYI (we adults were told to be quiet by our kids when they went to bed). Overall, we were very happy.

Wonderful!!!!!

The house was wonderful. Very comfortable and roomy. My family really had a good time. The property manager was great and very accessible. The house was very clean. Only thing I would suggest is to remove the bathroom rugs.

Yearly Mammoth Trip

Had a great time staying here. Location is excellent. There could be a few upgrades to some items in the kitchen but overall wonderful experience.

Gorgeous home with lots of room

We had a family gathering with 8 adults and 4 kids at this house and it was the perfect size, never crowded. Kitchen was great. Loved the hot tub. Top notch property.

I would have given the property five stars, if not for a few minor details. The ice maker in the refrigerator was broken; loft window crack/ latch was broken; smoke alarm battery needed to be replaced, resulting in a loud chirping sound all week; the oven rack was broken and the micro wave oven control panel was broken.
