Timbers Luxury Townhome with View - 4BR/3.5BA with Hot Tub

This is a luxurious 4 bedroom, 3 ½ bath home is located on the magnificent Sierra Star Golf Course. The 2600 sq ft townhome has a spacious open floor plan with a beautiful granite and hardwood kitchen, a large living area with fireplace and sophisticated lodge décor. The Master Suite has a king bed, large walk-in closet and private bath. The downstairs Master has a queen bed and private attached bath. The third bedroom has a queen bed and shares a full bath with the fourth bedroom with two twin beds. The large den area has a queen hide-a-bed for additional guests. There are large flat screen TVs throughout, DVDs, iPod player, and high speed internet.

It is located less than a ½ mile from Little Eagle Lodge (Chair 15) and a short 1/2 block to the shuttle stop #49. It overlooks the 17th tee box of the Sierra Star golf course and the beautiful Sherwin Mountains.

Perfect holiday getaway!

Our stay began about a week prior with a call from the owner advising that if we had any issues to call him directly. A nice touch.The condo was spacious and clean. The jacuzzi on the ground floor patio was great. Kitchen had a plethora of pots, pans, etc allowing us to cook multiple holiday meals. The pantry was also well stocked with spices, etc. We added a whisk and flour to the stash. No complaints. Five star all the way. The

Well kept and great location

My friends and I enjoyed a nice ski trip in Mammoth and found the location very enjoyable and located well within all the amenities we needed. The house was clean homey upon arrival and provided all the necessities for the weekend activities. The owners had clear and easy instructions which were very helpful.

Roomy duplex in Mammoth

We had a wonderful stay with children and grandchildren over Christmas. We did a lot of cooking in the well-supplied kitchen and the open kitchen, dining, living room area on the main level was ideal for relaxing after skiing and other outdoor activities. We also enjoyed the hot tub on the back deck. The only concern of note is that the heating and ventilation system is quite loud when it kicks in, particularly in the upstairs master bedroom. If there is a way to turn off the automatic exhaust fan upstairs we weren't able to figure it out. We got used to the fan noise, but if you are a light sleeper it could be an issue.

Great Cabin

This was a great cabin to stay in. The cabin was very spacious, nice and all the beds were very comfortable. We'll definitely stay here again!!

Close to lifts and clean

We had a great experience staying at Timbers court close to lifts, big enough for whole family, laundry in house. It was great.!!!

Beautiful Luxury Mountain Townhouse

If you’re looking for a very nicely appointed, very well maintained, luxury townhouse that comfortably sleeps up to 10 adults and children, and is located close to the slopes and shopping this is one you should definitely consider. The owners were great providing all the information you need and responding quickly to any questions or requests. The check in and check out process was very quick and easy. And everyone throughly enjoyed the large spa after a day on the slopes. We would definitely rent this townhouse again.

Nice place

The place is nice and clean, the host is easy to talked with your request as long as it's accommodating. The only thing we've noticed is that the snow was not cleared off in front doors which one of us almost get slid down to the stairs and the WiFi is not really working but overall it's a nice place to stay.

Perfect home base for a ski vacation!

This property was perfect for our ski trip. We had five adults and four children, and the accommodations were very comfortable for everyone. The condo is a quick two minute drive to Eagle Lodge. I would highly recommend staying in this condo for your next ski vacation to Mammoth.

Spacious yet cozy home for our family

Going up to Mammoth is always a treat for our family now with two lil kids. We came across this house which was perfect for our family ski trip. It was spacious and we had plenty of room for our lil ones to run around when they weren't outside in the snow. The house was close to Eagle Lodge as described and a close to our favorite restaurants for takeout and of course the Vons. I was pleasantly surprised with the internet speed as I was nervous about the speed and strength of the signal while working and being on video conference calls. We enoyed our time at the hosue and the owner was in touch with us before and during our stay at the house. We would definitely consider stay here again.

Best time in 10 years

We’ve been coming to Mammoth for over ten years. This was by far our best trip. The house was perfect for our family, the location is central for everyone’s entertainment. The house was well stocked as stated and the owners were easy to work with regarding our booking and were available and helpful with our one question while we were there. We will definitely be back!!

Family ski trip

This house was perfect for our family ski trip. Great location, sledding across the street, shuttle to skiing 1/2 block away, and short drive to village and grocery store. The house had everything we needed. Great family memories were made on this trip and we hope to rent again someday. Thanks!

Great home and Location

The house was plenty large enough for our party of eight. The kitchen was well stocked and appointed and the proximity to Eagle Lodge was much appreciated. The owner called during our stay to make sure we were happy with the accommodations. We will definitely be renting this unit in the future.

Perfect family retreat!

We so enjoyed our stay at this beautifully appointed Timbers town home. There was plenty of room for our entire family, and the hot tub after a long day of skiing was a welcome relief! The shuttle to Eagle lodge is literally just a few steps away making it so easy to get to the mountain. We also enjoyed long chilly walks along the Sierra Star Golf Course - so serenely beautiful. I would HIGHLY recommend this wonderful home - we will certainly be back next year!

Beautiful home, good location for ski access

Comfortable living room with picture windows, large well stocked kitchen, dining table for 8, jacuzzi on the deck, parking for up to 4 vehicles, and beds for all 8 of us made this a great place for 4 couples to enjoy our annual ski trip. We like to cook, and having good quality cookware and plenty of plates, bowls, mugs, glasses and wine glasses made our meals together a joy. Short easy walk to the shuttle bus to Eagle Lodge meant that we did not have to drive to the mountain. On the day of the blizzard, we had a great view of the trees and snow blowing around outside, but being in a sheltered area meant that we could get outside for a snowy walk around the neighborhood. The owners were very responsive and called us back quickly when we had questions about anything. The WiFi router/modem was upgraded while we were there, which was appreciated. The only thing that was lacking was a shovel, but the driveway and stairs to the house were cleared of snow each day. Highly recommended!
