Heated pool! 3 BR, 3 BA Duplex, 1 block from the beach
Great beach house that has a seasonally heated pool. Close walk to to the beach. Perfect for family and friends. Luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout with tile flooring in the bathrooms. Two bedrooms have KING beds and the third has bunks for four. All bedrooms have their own bathroom and all have TVs with Youtube TV. Ceiling fans in all bedrooms and living room. Sleeps 10 with a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. There are four balconies, two are facing the lagoon and set up for outdoor dining and relaxing, and two are facing the pool and have a peek-a-boo beach view. A park style grill is available for great cook outs. Dining area has a table for six and bar stools for four. A mirror A side of the duplex can be booked together for big groups up to 20 (see listing #1405121). Gorgeous saltwater pool in the backyard is private to the duplex. The pool can be heated in cooler weather.

We chose this home because of it's great location. It's in a less crowded area and is very near great restaurants and a convenience store. It holds a lot of people with room for friends and family. It also had the space for a backyard pool!
