Wonderful location with great beach access with proximity to town. Each bedroom has a bathroom and the layout is great for hanging out and beaching it.

When we arrived the house had been left unlocked. We were unsure of the trash can situation. I tried to get ahold of the management 2x and no response back. But I would have to say our overall stay at the Sand Crab was good. The house had direct beach access! It was clean. The beds were comfortable. We were not far from restaurants. We would stay here again.

Everything we needed was there, close to places we wanted to visit. Easy check in and great host communication. Quiet spot right on the beach,with great views. I would stay again.

The balconies and beach access were the best feature of this property. We enjoyed each upstairs room's private bathrooms, as well.

Our family had a great vacation and we’re so glad we picked this duplex. It is located right on the beach but not near any condos or hotels so we were able to set up our canopy and enjoy our own beach space. We relaxed on both decks and liked that the upper deck was fully enclosed so my 20-month-old grandson could be outside playing there without worry that he might get sunburnt or fall down steps. The dolphins put on amazing shows in the gulf waters while we watched from the decks. The property is clean, well maintained, and the kitchen has everything needed to cook meals for our family of nine, including a large stock pot and a small crockpot. Communication with the host and check-in were a breeze. Pack your swimsuit, beach towels, and toiletries and get ready for an amazing beach vacation!

Thank you, Chelsea. We try to be family friendly. I don't know if your children are young, but if so, you know we have kid items: high chair, booster seat, pack and play, and others. Please come back.

We enjoyed our stay so much. There is plenty of room and great views. We enjoyed being on the “less busy” part of the beach. I saw dolphins every morning from the decks. The house was very clean upon arrival. We had great communication with our host. We would love to come back and stay again. Highly recommend for couples or families. Great location!
