Classic beach cottage. Perfect for couples and families! Beautiful beach duplex that sleeps 8 or 10 using sofa bed. Three bedrooms and three baths, two queen beds and two full beds. Decks facing the ocean on every level. Conveniently located to Gulf Shores but away from crowded public beaches or condos. Outstanding views of the Gulf with private access to the beach. No shared common areas onsite. All entryways, staircases, and decks are separated for private use with dedicated parking for guests.

Wonderful location with great beach access with proximity to town. Each bedroom has a bathroom and the layout is great for hanging out and beaching it.

Everything we needed was there, close to places we wanted to visit. Easy check in and great host communication. Quiet spot right on the beach,with great views. I would stay again.

Our family had a great vacation and we’re so glad we picked this duplex. It is located right on the beach but not near any condos or hotels so we were able to set up our canopy and enjoy our own beach space. We relaxed on both decks and liked that the upper deck was fully enclosed so my 20-month-old grandson could be outside playing there without worry that he might get sunburnt or fall down steps. The dolphins put on amazing shows in the gulf waters while we watched from the decks. The property is clean, well maintained, and the kitchen has everything needed to cook meals for our family of nine, including a large stock pot and a small crockpot. Communication with the host and check-in were a breeze. Pack your swimsuit, beach towels, and toiletries and get ready for an amazing beach vacation!

The balconies and beach access were the best feature of this property. We enjoyed each upstairs room's private bathrooms, as well.

We enjoyed our stay so much. There is plenty of room and great views. We enjoyed being on the “less busy” part of the beach. I saw dolphins every morning from the decks. The house was very clean upon arrival. We had great communication with our host. We would love to come back and stay again. Highly recommend for couples or families. Great location!

I’m sorry to get back to you so late. My 80 year old father has been in hospital and I have been staying with him. The keypad never worked. No green light. Sliding glass doors don’t lock. Master bedroom sliding glass door is extremely hard to open and close Ants,ants and more ants. Ants in the sofa on the floor and in downstairs bed. Plastic plants never dusted. Freezer handle is barely hanging on. They had food in freezer and cabinet. No glass shelf in icebox. Washer sometimes didn’t wash. Master bedroom outlets didn’t work so I could not use cpap. And you should let renters know ahead of time that it is a duplex. We made the most of our stay despite problems. We would not rent again.

The view and beach were great. The gas grill would not get over 200 degrees and there was only one steak knife. We got two dishwaher pods and no trash bags for a 5 day stay. The door that held the beach accessories would not unlock.
