Our ground floor, two bedroom condo includes a roomy 1200 square foot space plus 270 square feet of wrap around covered porch all set in a beautiful private, shaded corner of the property. A great place to entertain, enjoy your favorite beverage, read a book or just relax.

The kitchen includes almost anything a chef would ask for, granite counters, new stainless appliances, very complete set of pots and pans, utensils, baking pans and dishes. It includes a high speed blender for the smoothy lovers, a food processor, coffee pot and bean grinder and some basic spices.

You will enjoy wood and tile flooring accented by two beautiful oriental rugs in the living area and carpet in the bedrooms. All windows are horizontal sliders covered with plantation shutters. Both bathrooms have tubs and shower with walk in closets. Both bedrooms have queen sized beds and flat screen TVs. The living room also has a 50 inch smart TV. Xfinity programming is available and wireless internet.The laundry room has full sized washer and dryer. Downtown Stuart is a very charming place to get a meal or just stroll and window shop. You have a wonderful variety of restaurants, galleries and the wonderful, historic Lyric Theater which features theatrical plays and well known live entertainers.

Known as the "Sailfish Capitol of the World" the Atlantic coast and St Lucie River city is located along Florida's renowned Treasure Coast, north of the Palm Beaches and south of Vero Beach. You can enjoy world class fishing, the Hutchinson Island beaches or great golf at one of many fine golf courses. The Stuart "Green Market" and live music event is held every Sunday from 9am till 11pm near city hall on the banks of the St Lucie river and its beautiful river boardwalk.

We prefer to rent for three months or more during the winter months. We will rent for December, January or February, March .
