Exquisite Bay Views. Charming Cottage.

Come rest, relax and be renewed in this charming beach cottage which offers exquisite views across the Bay to Mount Baker, when the grand lady shows herself, and is a haven for eagles, deer and a variety of aquatic life. You will probably view sea lions bobbing in the bay from time to time, and even an orca or two may surprise you as you enjoy breakfast or a coffee on the patio. An easy walk or drive to the beach at Diamond Point.

The beach-cottage is cozy and bright with two bedrooms (including a Queen bed in each), one-and-a-half bathrooms, a kitchen, and plenty of room to lounge inside or out on the deck. The cottage is at the end of a cul-de-sac, so you’ll have all the privacy you need.

Amenities include: Kitchen (including coffee-pot, full stove, fridge, microwave, toaster & crock-pot).

Come and enjoy the natural abundance that this Washington Paradise at Diamond Point offers.

What a wonderful location overlooking the water in a very quiet and private spot. We enjoyed getting out and hiking in Miller State Park as well as exploring the neighborhood.The house is very clean and user friendly. This isn't a fancy pants place - and that suits us perfectly as we value a simple,elegant and beautiful location that is a great homebase for local adventure.

It was perfect. Very clean, very comfortable. It rained the only 2 days we were there so we would love to come back with some sun to enjoy the view and deck. Although, the view from the dining area was Perfect! Loved it!

Amazing views and great communicator!

You cannot beat the views from this place. Quiet and secluded cottage right off the water with an amazing view to sip your morning coffee with. The communication was excellent!

Great home base for a visit to Olympic National Park

Quiet and beautiful

Our third stay at this sweet little cottage with a big view, so obviously we love it. We stayed cool and comfortable in 70s all week, while Seattle was sweltering in the 90s.

Great beach cottage w fantastic views in quiet neighborhood

The views from the kitchen table and deck are amazing. Really nice , very clean and quiet cottage on a bluff overlooking the Juan de Fuca Straight a few miles outside of Sequim. We loved everything about our stay here. The cottage is not fancy, but was well furnished and immaculately clean. The neighborhood is really nice for morning walks.

Lovely Location

The property is lovely but somewhat hard to find. The only other challenge is that it is listed as Sequim but it is a12 miles drive to get to the nearest super market in the middle of Sequim. There are no local facilities in the immediate area.

Cozy and tranquil

My wife and I relaxed and enjoyed our five night stay in this warm and comfortable cottage. The area is quiet and serene with great views of Sequim Bay and the occasional ships that pass by. Only a hop, skip and a jump to downtown Sequim or the Seven Cedars Casino. Plenty of nice places to dine and shop. The Hosts are wonderful. We couldn’t be more pleased.

The property is exactly as described. Cozy, relaxing and the best place to reset and unwind. The view from deck is breathtaking. Close to Olympic Park which was our reason for visiting. Made for a great basecamp for our adventures.

Spectacular views of water, peaceful place

Loved our stay at Shalom Cottage. Owners live nearby and were so easy to deal with all along the way. Beautiful setting. Loved drinking coffee and watching eagles soar over water. Cottage had everything we needed. Great jumping off point for excursions to Hurricane Ridge, lavender farms, ferry to Victoria BC and good food in Sequim. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Peace and serenity

We had the most peaceful 5 days ever! The cottage was wonderful, incredible views, comfy beds, everything we needed. The highlights were sitting on the deck looking at the calm waters of the Sound, seeing bald eagles and herons fly by, and relaxing in the sun. I recommend this beautiful cottage to anyone seeking a time of serenity filled with nature’s beauty.

Perfect Quiet Get-a-way!

Wow, this place was perfect for us. The cottage was at the end of a dead end street and very private. Views drinking coffee each morning from the deck over the vast expanse of water were exquisite. Everything about this home was charming. The owners were easy to work with and responded several times and always within minutes of a note from me. One of the best VRBO places we have ever stayed. Would HIGHLY recommend this place!

Peaceful with a great view

Had a wonderful stay! The hosts are communicative and responded quickly when I had a question. The home itself is just as shown in the pictures and was very clean and comfortable. We took the short walk down to the beach which was well worth it and all the neighbors seemed nice, had a couple wave and say hello. It was the perfect size for the three of us staying and we really loved the view of the mountains and the water. Would highly recommend if you'd like a quiet stay for a trip out on the peninsula!

Friends Get-a-way

The property was beautiful. Very clean and all the amenities one would need. The views were spectacular along with the wildlife such as eagles, deer, chipmunks and bats @ twilight.
