New Townhome with great location to all A&M events. There is a pretty walking trail around a pond with fountain, dog park and a great outdoor common hang-out area with outdoor gas fireplace. Also has an outdoor patio for your enjoyment and has a grill for your own private party if desired. This lovely, newly built townhome is conveniently located to everything! We were here moving my daughter in before school started. Place was clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our time at this location. Had a little hiccup and the owner was responsive within a few hours. Air conditioning worked well which was a plus since it was so hot!!

Moving Granddaugther to College station

the home was very nice, little disappointed that all bedrooms upstairs but we made it work. It was also close to all the places we wanted to go and dine. Let me take my Great Dane and had nice play for her to exercise too. Thank you

Nice and convenient

Location was very convenient to dining, campus theater, and presidential library. Although we spent most of our time out and about in the city, we enjoyed the space at the home. We did not have time to try the pool table. The beds were comfortable. It was nice to have an available attached garage. The surrounding area appears safe and quiet. One concern may be in the hall bath where the tub seemed to drain slowly. Thanks for a great stay!

Convenient Clean Comfy!

Love this property! My grandkids love coming to visit me when I stay here! Very clean and comfortable and the pool table is a hit! Lots of rooms and tvs and kitchen has everything you need! My very favorite place! Highly recommend!

Nice Location!

Listing was as described online and close to game day activities. Mattresses and towels a little worn, but all in all a good stay.

Great location, clean, and very spacious

Our entire family traveled from out of state to attend Texas A&M graduation. We enjoyed our stay, clean, spacious, and comfortable bedrooms. Close to the college made it very convenient.

Great experience

We’ve stayed in a number of VRBOs in Aggieland, and I think this may be our favorite. Rooms were great…beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well appointed so we had everything we needed to stay in for a meal. The large table (perfect for meals or games) that also hid a pool table underneath was a nice extra! Property owners were super responsive. Close enough to campus but removed enough we weren’t fighting the college traffic. We’ll definitely come back!
