'Home away from Home' for all those Texas A&M festivities. Spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bath one story town home only 2 miles from Texas A&M campus. A straight shot down Wellbourn Rd. Town home Sleeps 8 comfortably and 1 on a twin roll away bed. Come and stay for those Texas A&M football weekends, Parent's weekend, graduation or just a visit to College Station. Fully furnished kitchen with all the comforts of home. Enjoy a DVD, play some cards, read a book or work on a puzzle.
Pet friendly with $50 pet fee per pet. Charcoal grill provided for your enjoyment. Plenty of room for multiple families to share.

Great place for a weekend in Aggieland

We came in for Corps Final Review and it was nice to have a place to all gather and hang out with our cadet after review. Will definitely look here for future trips.

Not my home away from home

We rented the condo to visit family. The location is great, convenient location, and close to amenities. The interior needs to be refreshed.

Perfect size, layout and location

In town for a golf tournament. Place was everything we needed. Will come back

Enjoyed the weekend here. Close to the golf course and jy daughters place. Hopefully we can get it again next year for the tour3

Clean and spacious

Great Stay. We were not in the house much but it had plenty of beds and 2 full bathrooms so it was perfect. Good location too!

Great Stay!!

We enjoyed our Christmas week at the property and that it was available in the same complex as our son and his family’s townhome!! Place was very well appointed. The kitchen was ready with lots of equipment. Living and bedrooms were comfortable. We look forward to staying again soon, Cheers!

Family visit to Aggieland

Several family members came down to see our Aggie perform in Songfest. This property was a great way for 7 of us to stay together and not have to find hotels, etc. Comfy, Cozy little townhome that had plenty of room for all of us.

Our Second Time here!

We returned again because this town house works well for a larger family. Close to amenities and great location. Lots of linens, towels, paper goods supplied and just an overall great place to stay!

Very Homey

We were a new family to Aggieland, attending fish drill review for the Corps. Great place for our cadet to come rest, he walked in and said “this feels very homey mom, reminds me of home, thanks!” Appreciate the clean environment and comfortable beds!

Perfect Home Away From Home!

We loved how homey the house was! Great location, plenty of space and privacy. Everything we needed was provided. Very comfortable!

Anfitrión: Pam Merkin

David and Pam bought this townhome for their oldest son in 2001 when he was a sophmore at Texas A&M. Their second son also lived here while going to Texas A&M. They have a daughter who is also attending Texas A&M and she lives in another of the townhomes that they own in the same complex. They bought a third townhome March 2016 next door to this one and have it listed on verb also. They have decided to share this townhome with out of town visitors to Texas A&M for home football games, graduation, Parent's weekend or college visits. We allow pets since we don't travel without our little 'Angel' our Yorkie and know how hard it is to find a place that allows special family members.
