Palm Oasis Villa West is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath ground level condo that is walking distance to pristine Gulf beaches. This duplex villa has lush tropical landscaping and the heated shared pool is surrounded by a privacy fence. It is located in a quiet and desirable part of the island. Relax in the chaise loungers before you fire up your own BBQ grill for your favorite grill specials. Each unit has its own private back yard with a 6 person dining table and grill. There is plenty of brick paver deck space to soak up the Florida sunshine! This property can be rented together with its neighboring Villa East property VRBO 1411133 to serve as a family retreat, providing a level of privacy that a single-family home does not offer. Also, this is a perfect Villa duplex for in-laws or grandparents.

The master bedroom has a king-sized bed. The second bedroom has twin beds and one has a pullout trundle bed. This unit comfortably sleeps 4 adults. The trundle is recommended for a child.

This home is centrally located on Anna Maria Island. You can walk to shopping, restaurants, free trolley stop and of course the beautiful white sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico.

Palm Oasis is the perfect "home away from home" vacation spot for you and your family.

The beautifully decorated and comfortable home was very nice. The yard and pool were perfect. The brand new grill was unexpected. All beach chairs, wagons, toys were available. Brand new washer and dryer. Private backyard backed up to a 1920’s estate. No high rises looking down on you. Quiet friendly neighborhood. Minutes to walk to the beach. 5-10 minute walk. Close to everything you need. We loved it. It had everything you might need for a great time. Thanks for not disappointing.

We had a great stay! The house is a 5 minute walk to a very nice beach with soft sand and calm water, which was perfect for our 4 year old son.The host was very responsive and extremely easy to work with. The pool area is awesome! There were pool and beach toys for us to use along with a wagon to bring supplies to the beach. I highly recommended staying here!

Great stay. Everything I needed in the house was there. Pool is saltwater which is excellent. Beautiful pool. Owner answered right away. Was very attentive & nice. Cleaning lady was rude, overbearing and at the property several days hanging out during my stay. Very uncomfortable. Washing machine doesn’t work well. Sometimes the kitchen water doesn’t replenish. Other than that overall a good stay.

Just got home from Jonsie's place. It had everything we needed for the week. Close proximity to the beach and a great pool! It was as advertised and I would go back. Never stayed in the Holmes/Anna Maria area before, but we really liked it!

I wish I could give this place 10 stars cause 5 just doesnt feel right. From the moment we arrived to the day we left it felt like home away from home. Its in a wonderful location and just steps away from the beach. The pool was beautiful and clean. The host Jonsie was so responsive and friendly. We will be back here for sure!!!

Beautiful house and pool. We had a great time and the kids loved being so close to the ocean. The house is nestled in the heart of Holmes Beach and only a 5 min gold cart ride to either end of the island. Great stay and will book again.

The owner was good on communication, and the property itself is beautiful—especially the pool scene.However, there are areas where the experience could be improved. First, it would be helpful to clearly state in the listing that the home is a duplex. Throughout the week, we were unsure if the other side was also rented, which created unnecessary stress. Clear communication confirming privacy and exclusive use would have gone a long way to relax.The pool crew arrived unannounced, walking in the gate during our laying out and added chemicals without any explanation. Unsure if safe to swim,and left. Ideally, the crew should leave a notice or contact guests in advance.The cleanliness of the pool was another issue. It was not properly cleaned during our stay—there were decayed chicken wings at the bottom of the pool for the entire week, indicating that they had been there well before our arrival. Some wall lights were loose, the garbage disposal not working & the TV box looked like it could fall at any moment. These issues made us worry we’d be blamed for damage that wasn’t our fault. A note would have helped.The A/C can’t be set below 70 or it shuts off, and guests are told they’ll be charged if maintenance is needed. That warning should be sent by text—not just written on a small card—since most people won’t see it. Update these and guests will be more at ease to enjoy. Nice property.

Perfect location and great pool

We had two families of four staying at the East and West sides of the duplex. This worked out perfectly with the shared pool/yard. The home had everything we needed. Best of all was the location right across the street from beach access at a less crowded area of the beach! Just a short drive to restaurants and Pine Street shopping! Communication with the owner was great as well!

Awesome location

Our 3rd stay at Anna Maria. LOvED the location. 5 minute walk to a very quiet beach. Close to trolley stops. Unit very clean and quiet. The shared pool was no issue. Had a family of 5 next door one week. A retired couple the 2nd week. With the beach so close and other things to do in the area, we were rarely at the pool at the same time. Only thing I can suggest is clear out some of the unneeded stuff in the BR closets and the king bed is rather firm and ‘creaky’. But we adjusted just fine. Would definitely rent again.

Wonderful location- great pool, short walk to beach- very clean! Quaint beach cottage! Would recommend- we had 4 adults vacationing- the other unit was not rented so having full use of the pool was amazing-

Adorable home close to the beach

This was our first time to Anna Maria Island and we had a great experience. Our kids were in the pool constantly. Since we flew to FL, we appreciated that the owners provided a beach wagon, umbrella, chairs and toys for the kids. Also beach towels! The home was clean and had all the essentials making it convenient for us (kitchen supplies/washer/dryer/plenty of bath towel/tp) We were able to walk to Holmes Beach within a couple of minutes and it was so nice to be able to go to the other beaches on the island and you didn’t travel far! Would highly recommend this location, we will return if we make it back to AMI!

We (the owners) live here part-time. Most of the island is managed by big corps whose investors will never see - let alone sleep - in the beds they hawk. You get OUR home. Our family dug in those palm trees, and tend to those lime trees. We walk the same stretch of beach, and watch the same sunset, as you. And we love it.
