This is a privately owned side by side property, nothing is shared . Private driveway/ garage / Pool and fenced in back yard.
We highly recommend TRIP INSURANCE
Home away from home, cozy and comfortable Beach house. A 5 minute walk to the beach and shops. Very quite neighbor hood.
New elevated house with private heated pool, and fenced in yard.
King bed in the master bedroom with it's own bathroom ,queen bed in the second bedroom,and two twin beds in the third room. Second bathroom located in the hallway between the other bedrooms. Tile floors through out the house Full kitchen with granite counter tops and stain steel appliance. All bedrooms have flat screen Tv . Internet acess and cable. Sliding door to the outside deck and stairs to the downstairs area by the pool. Out side shower with hot/cold water for that after the beach rinse. Huge pool with Tiki style umbrella and seating in the pool. BBQ , table, chairs, lounge chairs for a relaxing time by the pool.There is also a 32 inch flat screen TV by the pool for your enjoyment. There are plenty of beach chairs and accessories for the beach and a Ping Pong table in the garage with a door to the pool area. There is a free trolly by the beach access that will take you from one end to the other of Anna Maria Island There are plenty of great restaurants, bars and shops in a walking distance. you will fall in love with Holmes beach just like we did, come and stay at our Beach house for a wonderfull vacation ever.
Early check in will be $50 an hour extra.

Great trip!

The location and pool area were amazing! The only issue was we paid for early check in and the cleaner was still working for 30 minutes after we arrived. The owner did offer late check out after notified of issue; but we had other plans and did not accept.

April Massachusetts vaca!

We had a wonderful time. We all enjoyed having the beautiful back yard oasis. The location was great, the house amenities were spot on and communication and suggestions from the manager were spot on. I highly recommend this getaway!

Great place!

The house was ideal for our family. The pool area was beautifully designed and definitely the highlight of our stay. Situated in a quiet neighborhood, it was conveniently located near everything and just a short walk to the beach. While the house was clean, there were some maintenance issues with the balcony and stair railings that seemed a bit janky. However, the owner was easy to reach and responsive.

First time staying on AMI

We enjoyed this property very much. The pool was great, and it was just a short walk to the beach. We appreciated the availability of paraphernalia for the beach, but it could use a refresh.
