Fiestaware dishes, plentiful silverware, utensils, pots/pans, toaster, blender and coffee maker. First floor half bath has a full size Fridgidaire washer and dryer set. The living room features a Vizio Smart TV with Dish service. On cool evenings, enjoy the wood burning fireplace with complimentary wood delivery. There is plenty of seating in the living room with a matching sofa and 2 comfy arm chairs.

The master bedroom features king bed and has a private bathroom with a shower/tub combo and double sink. The bedroom also includes a Hitachi TV with Dish TV. Bedroom # 2 is furnished with a queen bed, TV with Dish TV and has a small deck. Bedroom # 3 has 2 twin beds and TV with Dish TV.
There is a full bath on the second floor with a newly installed walk-in shower.
