Christmas Holiday stay in Ann Arbor

The property is a lovely mid-century modern home with interesting art and a selection of vinyl records with turntable. We were able host Christmas dinner for 8 of us and it was delightful!

Awesome Ann Arbor House

This house is perfectly located in a quiet neighborhood, close to campus and downtown Ann Arbor. The backyard is extra special, with lovely landscaping and comfy furniture. Our host Anne was responsive and friendly.

Convenient, comfortable property

We love the house, the kitchen and most of all the back yard oasis! This home is convenient to everything, in a nice neighborhood...very quiet! The furnishings were nice and we had everything we needed.

great house in quite neighboorhood

This property was perfect for our family visit to Ann Arbor. Bright and modern with a combined dinning room and living room with large windows that was a great place to hang out. The college age members of our family got a kick out of playing vinyl records on the turntable - they had never seen one up close before. The backyard would have been very nice, but It was too cold in November. Well equipped kitchen is good for light cooking. House is adjacent to a small park that is nice for morning walks, and a nice longer walk on residential streets will get you to downtown.

Great home, inside and out—nice for families

Anne has a lovely home in a great neighborhood of Ann Arbor. We were a last minute booking for two UofM families reunite if over a quick weekend. We loved the well-furnished backyard which expanded the hangout areas of the home quite a bit. There are lovely playgrounds and parks just a couple blocks away too. The home is lovely and compact—too tight for our group (4 parents, 4 kiddos) beyond the weekend but we knew that going in. FYI — the 3rd bedroom/den does not have a door and is located right off the main living room, so anyone trying to rest while others are hanging out and listening to the awesome vinyl collection (such a treat!!), will have a hard time sleeping. (I don’t think this info was in the listing and if it was, my apologies for missing it.) The home has some valuable/breakable items throughout that might entice little hands, but nothing felt so precious that we were particularly stressed. All in all, a great landing spot for adults and kiddos! Thanks Anne!

Peaceful Retreat

The mid-century house was perfect for a college reunion weekend. Well-appointed kitchen, comfortable beds, and beautiful backyard with a firepit and separate outdoor seating area under a pergola. We loved our 3 nights there and thank our host Anne for a wonderful setting and vibe.

Wonderful house! Wonderful host!

We had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful house for the second time. Anne is an amazing host, always responding within a few minutes. A very comfortable and thoughtfully designed house with a beautiful garden to relax. We will definitely be back soon.

What an Ann Arbor gem!

Anne’s house was such an oasis for my visiting family. It’s exactly as photographed (so beautifu I’d like to move in tomorrow), immaculate and a wonderful location with easy access to all Ann Arbor has to offer. Anne was incredibly responsive and helpful. I will absolutely book this, thoroughly enjoyable home away from home, again. Thank you Anne!

Can't recommend highly enough!

I own a local interior design studio and was in need of a (thoughtfully and beautifully designed) spot for a couple of our out-of-town team members to stay that could also double as a place for team meetings and social gatherings over the course of a week. Anne's home fit the bill perfectly! This will be my go-to rental for out-of-town guests in the future. Thanks so much, Anne!

Charming and Comfortable

Loved our stay!!

I was in AA to visit my daughter at UM and invited her friends to stay to take a break from their dorm lives. This house was appreciated by all for its cleanliness, charm and comfort. The pictures are a true representation of what it will feel like to stay here and I would like to emphasize how clean and immaculate the whole house is. We will definitely stay again!!

Mid-century modern in a great neighborhood!

This mid-century modern was perfect for a getaway with adult family. We loved this verdant neighborhood with its many gardens. It was in easy walking distance to shopping and even downtown dining. We enjoyed the house with all its special touches and especially the turntable and LP collection! What a treat! We had a few things come up at the house that needed attention and the hosts were very responsive. We would stay again.

Moms’ perfect getaway!

Utterly perfect for our MOPS retreat. The balanced blend of cozy, beautiful, and practical. Couldn’t beat the location. The beds were super comfortable. The kitchen and bathrooms well stocked and very clean. 10 gold starts!

Cute MCM home in A2

Great little MCM home- listing was exactly like the house in real life.Was so amazing and accommodating to our group. House was fully stocked of things we needed for meals, drinks and comfort! Communication and everything we needed to know was shared and easy!
