Occupants of the Short-Term Rental shall be prohibited from using all outdoor amenities and/or engaging in outdoor games or activities that create noise between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM Sunday through Thursday and 10 PM and 8 AM Friday and Saturday.

Bedroom Descriptions:

Master Suite 1 is located next to Suite 2 and features a super-plush, purple, Elvis style, round King-sized Bed, a Full-sized Sofa Sleeper, HDTV, a changing Electric Fireplace, ceiling fan, spacious walk-in closet, and access to the back patio. The private en suite bathroom features a soaking tub, tile shower, double vanity sinks, and a makeup counter. The master bedroom also has an electric sauna for total relaxation.

Suite 2 is the second master suite and features a King-sized Bed, a Full-sized Bed, and a Queen-sized Sofa Sleeper to sleep 6. Suite 2 also boasts TWO 65" large HDTVs so guests can play Xbox and watch TV simultaneously without arguing. It has a desk/workstation, a walk-in closet and access to the front courtyard. The private en suite bathroom features a tile shower and a vanity sink.

Casita Suite 3 is a casita located next to the garage and is only accessible from the courtyard. It features a King-sized Bed, HDTV, kitchenette with sink and microwave and reach-in closet. The private en suite bathroom features a wood-look/spa-tile shower and a glass vanity sink.

Casita Suite 4 is in the detached Casita and has its own private entrance. It has a King-sized bed, a Full-sized Sofa Sleeper, and a 65-inch TCL Smart TV, ideal for a peaceful escape. It also features its own full ensuite bathroom.

Casita Suite 5 is in the detached with a private entrance opposite Casita Suite 4. It offers even more space and versatility. It features a King-sized bed, a 65-inch TCL Smart TV and a convenient reach-in closet to store belongings. The kitchenette has an under-counter refrigerator, a high-capacity ice maker, a microwave oven, a sink, beautiful quartz counters, and raised European-height maple cabinetry—perfect for quick snacks or morning coffee. The ensuite bathroom features a vanity sink and a tile shower with quartz countertops. There is a ceiling fan with adjustable speeds & dimmer lighting. Though these casitas are attached to each other, they're separated by a locked door, offering connection and privacy—ideal for families, friends, or couples traveling together. Most guests leave the connecting door locked for total privacy.

Highway 111 is down the street, with Costco, Starbucks, and all the shops along 111. El Paseo is 10 minutes away. Interstate 10 is extremely close, allowing you to quickly head to Palm Springs and other Coachella Valley destinations.
