This waterfront home offers 4 bedrooms, 3 baths with lake views from many rooms in the house. Whether you are a large or a small family, this home will meet all of your expectations. The first floor features an open floor plan with large gourmet kitcken, 2 living areas, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an activity room, laundry and large enclosed patio. Also located on the first floor is a reading nook for those looking for quiet time. The second level offers the master suite, complete with a private balcony to view that perfect sunset over the water. This home is equipt with central AC and heat, washer/dryer, a large flat screen tv, cable, wireless internet, a pool table, kayak and fishing gear for your entertaining pleasures. My family and I have been vacationing in this home on Lake Clay for over 15 years. It has bought us many wonderful memories and allowed our extended family and friends to come together year after year to reconnect and enjoy our parents favorite past time of fishing, boating and skiing. When the property went up for sale I just couldn't let the tradition fade away. I want other families to be able to experience in the same joy that we have shared for years.

Lake Clay is a sandy bottom lake with clear water. I wanted a lake that was great for swimming, boating, tubing and skiing. The home had an open floor plan and was large enough to accommodate my family extended family and friends all under one roof. It had a dock that housed our boat and waverunners.
