We had a wonderful stay! The property was clean, spacious, and in a great location in the center of town. I highly recommend staying here if you are visiting the Highlands!

Everything was great! The location was perfect and the extra perks that were provided really helped us enjoy our stay. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms well stocked, and plenty of items in the kitchen. The only tip I would give is if you have a large SUV, you might want to consider parking on the street if you plan to leave during your stay. I would come back to this one again!

We absolutely loved it. David was great! Easy to communicate with and get ahold of, the property and check in instructions were clear. Snacks and drinks were provided which was really nice. The apartment was the perfect size, right in downtown Highlands. We rode motorcycles down and it was the perfect base for exploring the area. Would definitely stay again. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at this property! Everything was very clean, and communication with David was great. The location can't be beat, and we loved walking to restaurants and shops. We also appreciated all the treats David left for us upon check-in! I will definitely plan on staying at this property on my next visit to Highlands.

We were in Highlands for the weekend and wanted a place we could walk everywhere from. This place is as central as it gets right in the heart of downtown. Everything was clean and the host had tons of amenities at our disposal. We’ll definitely be back!

The property exceeded my expectations and was even more stunning than the listing photos convey! Check-in was easy, host went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. Music, wine, chocolate … what else could you ask for! Immaculately clean and up-to-date. Easy walk to fantastic shops and dining. I will be going back soon!

This apartment is strategically located right off of Main Street in downtown Highlands. We were able to walk out the door and down the back side street for dinner at Wild Thyme and dessert at Kilwins. Beautiful apartment that was well stocked with breakfast items (cereal, coffee, tea, juice, milk, etc.) snacks, cheese/crackers, and bottled water, soda, and my favorite…dark chocolate. Spacious accommodations with two bedrooms/bathrooms, large open living area, laundry, and private parking space. The apartment has a Romeo/Juliet balcony and sits directly behind what used to be the gem shop but is now a lingerie shop. Host was very responsive and timely with communications. I highly recommend this apartment if you are visiting Highlands or surrounding area.

This place was great! The location was perfect, they had it stocked with so many snacks, drinks, etc so we didn't have to worry about breakfast and it was very clean! I would definitely stay here again.

We could not have enjoyed our stay at “The Nest” more! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a beautiful display of snacks and wine- and gorgeous accommodations. Beth, the owner, was so responsive, gracious and helpful. We stayed a week and enjoyed cooking many meals in the home and also loved being walking distance to the incredible shops and restaurants. We stayed during Highlands busiest season and absolutely could not have appreciated the location of the home more. We only used our car to travel to hikes- otherwise we could walk everywhere. We travel to Highlands often and this was by far our favorite home in the heart of it all. Thank you, Beth, for making our experience truly special, We hope to come back many more times!

Nest 205 was nicely appointed and oh so convenient. We had a wonderful sister trip to Highlands and we loved our accommodations. Comfortable beds and nice bathrooms with a wonderful open concept living and kitchen area. The view of Old Edwards Inn and quaint shops up the street was a real plus to wake up to. Royce Realty did an excellent job of welcoming us and everything was just as it should be! We’ll definitely stay here again!
