The master bedroom looks out to the private terrace through a large sliding door with room darkening shades for privacy and late sleepers. The oversized, ensuite bathroom has dual sinks, a large mirror and marble shower with built-in bench. The full guest bathroom is located across from the guest bedroom and dons similar sparkling features as the master bath.

The kitchen is fully equipped and shines with slate gray granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. For those who like to cook, a gas stove and oven, dishwasher, coffeemaker and toaster are at your disposal with indoor seating for 4 and outdoor seating for 6. Impress your friends or significant other with your cooking skills or relax and have a professional chef come and cook for you - ask us to set it up. Enjoy your cocktails and meals on the condo's private balcony or up on the community rooftop. A large gas BBQ is available on the rooftop.

More About The Neighborhood

The Romantic Zone A.K.A. Zona Romantica A.K.A. Old Town is the most happening part of Vallarta and is overflowing with shops, cafes, restaurants, bars, taco carts and art galleries.

The beach is only a short walk away, 1.5 blocks west of Oceana. You'll find several restaurants and bars located on the beach where you can sip Corona's and snack on Ceviche with your feet in the sand. Merchants will pass by offering hand made jewelry and crafts while a handful of activities await the more adventurous including: parasailing, jet skiing, banana boat, flyboarding, etc.

Getting Around

You do not need a car to experience downtown Puerto Vallarta. This building is walking distance to everything you need with no hills to walk down or climb up. If you'd like to get out of town, taxis, Uber, and busses are readily available.

Beach equipment including beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rent.
Weekly maid service is included for rentals of 7 nights or more. Supplies are provided to begin your stay, if you run out it's your responsibility to replace them.
Any violation of the house rules, might attract a fine of $100 USD or more.
