Neal’s place was beautiful and felt luxurious for our family of 8 which included a 1 yr old. Spacious rooms, nice kitchen, and nice clean bathrooms. There was plenty of space for everyone. Pool was perfect included a swim up bar/restaurant and different level steps that the baby could walk on. Staff was polite and helpful. Close to the beach and restaurants. We had a wonderful time

Beautiful homeBeautiful property Easy access to the beach Super, duper clean Easy communication Convenient store right across the street Cons-The beds are like bedrock. We all woke up with pressure point pains all week. Several sleepless nights from the beds. The towels, some have holes in them. Could be good beach/pool towels but they were presented as bath towels. Super market is pretty far away. If you need groceries stop on the way there from the airport to save time and money. We stayed during a hurricane event (that never showed up) and we felt wonderfully safe and secure. The owner was wonderful, the staff was pleasant and the mgr was fantastic!

This was our second annual trip to this property and it was, once again, pretty much perfect. The location can't beat, the pool and grounds are gorgeous, and the apartment has everything we need - although we spent most of the time out on the massive patio. Both the owner and the property manager are super responsive and check in/out is a breeze. Looking forward to next year already!

The BEST location! Great views! So clean. The pool and grounds were breathtaking! Super secure property. Great communication with owner and property manager. The kitchen had everything you need for cooking in if you choose. Outdoor balcony was so comfortable and we spent most of our time there. A/C units in each room made sleeping or lounging very comfortable. I would go back tomorrow. Highly recommend!

Amazing stay! The location is amazing! We loved enjoying breakfast on the deck with amazing views. The unit has a well appointed kitchen with a good amount of kitchen tools if you feel like cooking. If not, there are tons of amazing restaurants in the area. The location is close the Malecon and old town and the pool was great!

Condo was spacious and had a nice balcony with plenty of places to sit and a wonderful view of the palm trees and ocean. Lower level, but still a lovely view. Rooms were nice with plenty of closet space. Nicely located, walkable to dozens and dozens of restaurants, shops, bars, etc.

Our stay at this condo was amazing. It is SO SPACIOUS and impeccably clean. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. The patio is huge, with an amazing view of the gardens and Malecon. The AC worked really well and we were greeted on time by the property manager. Highly recommend and hope to return.

Awesome location!

The condo was perfect for our family of 5 with plenty of room, an amazing pool we used everyday and short walks to great restaurants, shopping, beaches, grocery stores, etc., etc. -- right in the heart of Puerto Vallarta. We'd definitely recommend it!

This condo was in a great location. Right on the Malecon, close to restaurants, shopping and entertainment. Everything was in Good working order and the property manager and host were very communicative! This stay occurred during the hot season, so the pool was welcome refreshment! And the food and drinks at the pool bar were delicious! Watching the sun rise each morning from the veranda in the coolest part of the day was a treat!

We had a wonderful time. The location cannot be beat. Walk to everything you would want to do in the area. Even more spacious than the photos look. The staff and pool with a bar for a quick lunch and drinks was fantastic. Kitchen was large and fully stocked also for some lunches or breakfast in. We had such a wonderful time. I would recommend and return to this rental again.

Great spot! So many restaurant choices within walking distance. The pool has a swim up bar and serves food if you want to stay in the property. Awesome view of the sunset and pool. The condo had everything that we needed and even had inflatables for the pool.

Fantastic Stay – Perfect Spot for Our First Time in PV!

Our family of four stayed for a week and absolutely loved it. The property was spacious, clean, and in an excellent location – close to everything we needed but still quiet and relaxing. It was our first time in Puerto Vallarta, and this home made a great impression. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out and enjoy some downtime. We’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!Naomi

Neal was a great host and Mario (the contact at the unit) was wonderful. Looking forward to another visit. I would highly recommend this vacation property.

Great Place to Stay!

This was such a pleasant and wonderful experience. Neal was such a great host and was responsive and attentive to ensuring we had the best stay! The condo was amazing, well supplied, clean and beautifully decorated. The property is private so we felt completely safe and relaxed during our visit. Thank you so much for such a great place to stay during our PV trip!
