Come stay at our newly renovated condo! Right in the heart of Pigeon Forge where everything is easy access. This spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo located on the 2nd floor of the 5th building at Mtn View Condos is the perfect size to accommodate your family and their needs. Spend afternoons relaxing by 1 of the two pools before hitting a night out on the town. Conveniently located adjacent to tower 5 Mtn. View Condos offers a nice place ground with fun activities for the kids, like corn hole, volleyball, and play equipment. Directly across from the unit is a walking track where you can enjoy exercise or strolling your children while in a nature setting. Our condo offers cable tv in every bedroom , free WIFI, gas fireplace, along with a fully stocked kitchen when you want stay in.

This property is exactly as advised in the listing. It is clean, well maintained, and conveniently located. The neighborhood is set back off the main road so it’s quiet but you can easily get to any of food, shopping or outdoor adventures you’re looking for. The host was fantastic to work with and communication was clear and easy. The beds are comfy, kitchen is well stocked for cooking and there are even carts and an elevator to help you get your luggage from the car to the condo. The back balcony faces the woods so we had a lot of bugs/spiders out there during our stay but thankfully they all stayed outside. We will definitely recommend this property to friends and family!

The host was easy to communicate with and the unit was very nice, spacious, clean and very nice furnishings. Beds were comfortable and it was decorated for Christmas. We loved it! Great Stay!

Quiet place to stay.

Good place for a family. Plenty of room to spread out. They have a play area for kids to go along with the pools. Great place in the middle of pigeon forge!

Great Spring Break Trip!

We had a great stay at this property. It was clean and comfortable. Very spacious. Great kitchen. Great communication with owner. We loved the location as well. Wonderful for families.

Unit was really nice and clean too! Good location and condo has all the amenities you would have at home. Owners very quick to respond when I has a question since first time renting like this.

Convenient Location, Nice size

Large bedrooms and baths. Nicely appointed kitchen with all the items needed to feed the 7 we had. I would have liked to have had pillow cases for the extra pillows other than that, no issues and we enjoyed out stay!

Fall 2023

I was very, very pleased with the property. The condo was pleasantly decorated and clean. I loved the location just off the main strip. I would definitely recommend to friends and family. I hope to get a chance to stay here again!

Nice condo

The condo was great! Our only complaints were that there were not enough mirrors (for 6 women trying to get ready to go to a conference) and that the living room was a little dark. Great location!!

Everything was great and comfortable. We didn't see the guest book. Also, the front door would not lock. It was a great stay. Thank you so much for letting us use your condo.

Clean and spacious

Unit was very clean and was more spacious than the pictures. Beds were comfortable. Pool and hot tub were clean and very much enjoyed. Although we did not cook there appeared to be plenty of cookware and utensils. This unit comes highly recommended.

Clean, beautiful, spacious all in one

The house and property were so clean and spacious yet homey. The owners have thought of every detail and it really makes the stay easy and stress free. The dock is the best on the cove and we had a great time in the sun and on the water. We would love to return when the water is warmer when we can really be on the lake all day. Thank you for helping our family make memories that will last a lifetime.

Condo

Condo very nice and clean but beds were hard, had to buy ice due to ice maker didn’t work, fire place didn’t work and garbage disposal didn’t work.

I’m sorry you had issues during your stay, however if you had made them known, they could have been easily fixed. Garbage disposal was fixed during the next renters stay as soon as they reported it. As far as the ice maker it’s working fine and water filter was changed during our stay this week. Mountain View has a maintenance team on the property and there’s someone in the office Monday thur Friday 9 - 1 ( located by the pool). Also our number is on the contract. As always we hope our renters enjoy their stay. If issues do arise , they will be addressed as soon as possible.

Cheap and Stingy host

No bathroom accessories was given. Only one hand soap dispenser with diluted soap was provided. Not even a kitchen scrub cleaner was provided. One good thing was room was clean. showers were working properly. location was good. All the above listed items wont even cost $15. Because of this, I am rating too low.

Cleanliness Thumbs Down

Unit appeared relatively clean upon arrival. At closer look the grout in bathrooms looked like it hadn’t ever been cleaned. My granddaughter split water on kitchen tile. When I wiped it up with a paper towel it was majorly discolored with dirt. My mom dropped something between the loveseat cushions and when we pulled up the cushions there as food and trash underneath. My granddaughter was looking for a toy she dropped in the master bedroom. My husband got on his knees to help her look and under the bed was a Copenhagen can and looked as though it had not been swept/mopped for quite some time. I would not stay here again for lack of true cleanliness.
