Very nice, newly available and newly decorated condo

Master Bedroom features a king Size Bed, Guest Bedroom features a Two full Beds, Sofa Sleeper in Living Room. TV's in both bedrooms. Two full baths with a whirlpool tub and shower in Master Bath, shower in 2nd bathroom. Fully stocked Kitchen, with ice-maker and microwave. Washer and Dryer,Private big back patio with beautiful mountain view.

Walking distance to many area attractions and Restaurants. Pigeon Forge Trolley available to carry you to Gatlinburg or other Attractions. Condo is located on second floor. 2 swimming pools (one heated April - October) and a hot tub, also playground.

Christmas

The Beds were absolutely horrible, the hot water tank was not strong enough for anyone to use the jacuzzi tub or even all shower in one night. The floors were filthy, bathmats were molded. None of the condo(s) in community were decorated for Christmas including the one we were in. The heated pool in the pool house was nice, but the pool house was cold, if you got out of the pool you made a run to your room because it was so cold, the hot tub was actually outside. We were so excited to go down for Christmas, but we will not be back to this location.

Perfect condo for family with young kids.

We had a very nice stay at this VRBO condo. It was a kid friendly place to stay and I didn't have to worry about my little nieces accidentally breaking anything expensive. We were able to have enough room for 4 adults and 2 little kids to sleep. There was a nice playground on the property for the kids to use to get out extra energy. It's very centrally located to the places that most people want to visit when in Pigeon Forge.

Great location

Needs a lamp in bedroom. Bathroom floor edges need cleaned and a couple of better fry pans and sauce pan

Great Place to Stay

We were pleased with our stay. We did not stay at the apartment much during our stay but it was safe, cool and quiet. The pool/hot tub was not very clean and water was cloudy but we were able to use it to cool off. I had to message to get information on check in but the response was quick. Overall, we had a good stay.

Excellent condo for families!

We chose this condo to stay while we visited Dollywood to celebrate our son’s 6th birthday! The condo was very clean and equipped with everything we needed. This particular unit is on the 2nd floor across from the private pool and playground. Perfect for families with kiddos! The property manager was very helpful and very quick to respond! Will definitely stay here again.

Family vacation

The property is nice, building was close to pools and playground which was great. For the most part it was clean except for the floors, you would need to wear black socks or shoes. Surroundings were nice and quiet, easy to get to shopping or restaurants.

Nice, Quiet, Convenient Condo

Would definitely stay here again. Communication with property manager was wonderful and the condo was as listed. Loved the pools and most of all that the area was quiet, clean and seemed safe.

Case Review - May Gaither Fest 2024

Beautifully maintained grounds by Early & his crew @ Mount View Condos. However, to ensure the next guest' visit is 'all it should be', I suggest more attention to condo interiors, for example: 1. Light over the range was burned out 2. Burners on the range were 'warped' and therefore cooked unevenly. 3. Elevators s/b sweep & mopped daily 4. The kitchen throw rugs were filthy. They should be replaced.
