This charming apartment T2 of 36 m2 for 2 to 4 people on the 3rd floor with elevator of a beautiful stone building is located 150 m from the beach Mole. We can see from the apartment a view of the sea and Dinard, near shops, restaurants, bars ... at the foot of the ramparts. The apartment includes an entrance with a large closet, a large living room with sofa bed, canopy, a kitchen, a bedroom with a large bed of 160cm and large closet, a bathroom with large shower with a seat , a suspended toilet. Free WIFI . Linen provided for two people.

Our stay was fantastic. The host was communicative and attentive. We appreciated the residential feel of the apartment building as it was away from the fray of tourists. Easy and nearby access to everything we needed. Highly recommend!

Patricia Gerrards lovely flat

This flat was very nice and comfortable especially the large bed. The whole place was spotlessly clean and the kitchen was well equipped with cooking utensils. I would recommend this holiday home to anyone visiting St Malo.

Comfy apartment inside the walls close to it all.

Great comfortable place to stay inside the walls of Saint Marlo .Close to everything including good eateries just doors away . Very kind and helpful host . I was Ill and she recommended a near by doctor who was fab too . Parking just out side the walls was easy too .

St Malo - Intra Muros

We traveled to Bretagne from Normandie, where we attended the 80th anniversary of the D-Day landings.The apartment at 10 Rue de Toulouse was in an ideal position for our five night stay in St Malo; there is little point in visiting the city unless you stay 'Intra Muros'. It is in a quiet part of the town, but only five minutes walk from the centre. There is a bank and a small supermarket (Carrefour)situated underground with the entrance somewhat hidden down a side street. Parking is a problem, but there are public car parks just outside of the walls, where vehicles can be left overnight. There is a multitude of restaurants, where English is spoken to varying degrees. And, of course, there are numerous cafes to have coffee and 'watch the world go by'.We visited Dinan and Concale Plage on separate days - well worth the journey. In summary, we spent a most enjoyable time in St Malo and would recommend the experience.

Ha sido una increíble estancia. Gracias a Patricia y Gerard por el apartamento. Está impecable y no le falta nada. Como en casa. Muchas veces me he parado a pensar cómo lo hacían para tener lo imprescindible pero sin agobio de cosas. Muy limpio. Gerard ha sido muy servicial. El apartamento no podía estar mejor ubicado. Estupenda estancia en Saint Maló.

L hôte (Patricia) est très chaleureuse et réactive ainsi que son mari!En effet, malgré des problèmes importants de plomberie, notamment d évacuation de l eau de la douche...ils ont été rapidement présents sur place pour tenter de palier à ces problèmes rencontrés à plusieurs reprises.Concernant le studio en lui même, la literie est très bonne et les grandes fenêtres le rende lumineux.Très propre également, ce que j apprécie particulièrement.

Magnifique petit séjour de 3 jours, 4 nuits à St Malo. Logement très sympa, propre, confortable et agréable. Tout y est comme à la maison petit bémol néanmoins, le stationnement gratuit un peu éloigné mais beaucoup de balades se font à pied...Énormément de plaisirs pris merci.

Refuge de serenite en intra-muros de Saint-Malo

Tres agreable appartement , bien meuble et bien equipe . Sa situation dans Saint-Malo permet de visiter la ville en toute liberte . La proprietaire se veut discrete tout en etant tres disponible en cas de besoin : merci a vous ! Prevoir un budget pour le parking de votre vehicule .

Tres beau sejour passé a St Malo. Ville magnifique, tres bons restaurants, belles balades a faire aux alentours. Un dépaysement qui nous a fait du bien a ma compagne et moi et en plus dans un appartement tres bien situé, calme, proche de tout et tres bien équipé. La propriétaire a répondu a toutes nos questions rapidement. Je recommande vivement cette ville et cet appartement.

Très beau séjour à St-Malo

L'appartement est tel que décrit dans l'annonce. Madame Gérard m'a donné des indications très claires pour mon arrivée. L'appartement est au 3e étage et il y a un ascenseur. C'est très bien situé, à 2 pas du centre et l'accès aux remparts est juste à côté. Je n'ai rien de négatif à dire!
