Fantastic host who kindly picked us up from the port and drove us into town and kept our luggage in his car until he met us later to check in to the property! Definitely went above and beyond to be helpful! Lovely, comfortable apartment and perfectly located. We look forward to visiting again!

Excellent location, grea

Really nice apartment in an ideal location. Wonderful help from the host, who made sure we were able to get into the city despite the high tourist traffic. Would stay again.

The place was ideal for a relaxing break, some good walks, plenty of photos to be taken, close proximity to requirements like food, beverages, etc. The train was used for a day in Rennes which was stunning too. The car stayed in the car park for the duration of the trip. The apartment and the city were great.

Great apartment Perfect location

Our hosts could not have been nicer. The apartment was lovely and perfect for my husband and myself. The location inside the old city was ideal, and our only regret was that we could not stay longer. Highly recommend this apartment!

St malo stay

Great location and great accomodation. Host was helpful. Hand soap being provided would be appreciated. We were not expecting an essential not to be there.

we provide the usual maintenance for the apartment but not personal hygiene products in order to avoid possible allergies. our apartment is not a hotel. Do not confuse . Sincerely.

OCTOBER stay in St Malo

Our stay was wonderful. Our hosts were EXTREMELY helpful not only for what concerns the check in process and the residence, but also in explaining the town of St Malo and what it has to offer. The appartment is very well located and offers easy access to the Intramuros life. Grocery shopping walking distance from the appartment. The appartment itself has everything you need to function and completly reflects the way it is advertised. We would definitively recommend this VRBO to anyone looking for a cosy stay while in St Malo.

Fantastic stay for a conference

I was attending a conference at the Palais du Grand Large and the stay at this property was great! Very close by to the venue (just over 5 minute walk) while still within the amazing Intra-Muros neighbourhood. The apartment was very clean and a good amount of space for 2 people. The only problem was that I showed up late at night on my first night and there was no soap or shampoo for a shower (which was not in the listing that I rechecked later but I assumed it would have it). Other than that there was everything I needed. Jacque also picked me up from the train station as my travels were delayed which was extremely nice

A Saint-Malo Gem

A very spacious apartment, ideally located within the walls, close to many restaurants, a supermarket, the beach, and everything you want to see and do in St Malo. The listing details and photos are a perfect representation of the apartment. There is everything you need for a very comfortable stay. The train station is an easy 15-20min walk. Jacques is an absolute gem. Helpful, kind, full of passion for his city, and genuinely concerned for the welfare of his guests. He went out of his way to help us when our train had been cancelled, and his kindness was greatly appreciated. We had a 10/10 experience.

The apartment actually is nicer than the pictures show, and it is fully furnished. We found everything we needed - from scissors to the wine-bottle opener.The location was fabulous: inside the walls with easy access to the ramparts, shops and restaurants. If you want to cook or just snack, there is a large Carrefour supermarket about 50 steps from the apartment entrance. The host has thoughtfully provided a shopping. cart for you if you want to make large or heavy purchases.Wi-fi connection was excellent and fast. Television had some English channels as well as French.The host was wonderful and took the time to thoroughly explain how to use the appliances in the kitchen, wifi, where we might possibly find free parking, and what he thought were good restaurants. He was very patient - especially considering we arrived more than an hour later than promised because we got lost in Dinard.One issue I will mention - which had nothing to do with the apartment or host - VRBO did not send me an email notification when the second payment was due. Nor did they send a notification when the host had sent a message. I don't know why this property was handled differently,, but it was very inconvenient. I do not like having to turn on the VRBO app to check for messages.

L’appartement etait très correct. On se sentait très à l’aise. Qualité prix étaient en harmonie. Le propriétaire est une personne très professionnelle, respectueuse et très disponible. À notre arrivée il nous a fourni toutes les informations nécessaires afin de réaliser un agréable séjour. Il nous a également fait le tour de l’appartement ainsi qu’à l’utilisation des différents appareils nous ne regrettons pas d’avoir vécu 11 jours dans cette location. Nous ne pouvons que vous encourager à y séjourner.

C'est un appartement très lumineux, spacieux et très propre, idéalement situé dans Saint-Mâlo Intra-Muros. Nous avons apprécié la literie qui est hyper confortable, les volets roulants électriques et l'ascenseur. L'accueil était chaleureux, Jacques est même venu nous chercher à la gare lors de notre arrivée. Ses conseils pour les marchés et restaurants étaient excellents. Merci beaucoup pour ce séjour parfait.
