relaxing getaway

the home was well appointed and had all the small appliances needed. Although you will need a car the grocery stores and beaches are a few miles from the house which is in a more remote area. The views were outstanding and the owner communicated with us when needed. This was a great place for some much needed down time

Fantastic Stay in Benahavis - Perfect Apartment and Great Host

We had a wonderful week in March at this apartment. The check-in process was seamless, and the information provided covered everything we needed to know. The apartment itself was spacious, well-equipped, and very clean, situated in a prime location. There was absolutely nothing to complain about. We highly recommend this apartment to anyone wishing to stay in the area. Thank you, Paulo – you are a fantastic host!

Extra Charges AFTER irrevocable booking and payment

The location of the apartment is good and the view is great. The host was not there and we got the keys from the security (at the entrance). There is only one key for a three bedroom apartment. There was mold in the washing machine and therefore it could not be used. The host gave written information how to clean it ourselves (very strange). The host also asked for additional extra money (EUR 80,-) for cleaning the apartment at check in. This was not in the detailed pricing of Vrbo and was asked after irrevocable booking and payment.

Paradise in Costa del Sol

The perfect home away from home! Just got back from spending four weeks at Royal Flamingos and it could not have been more perfect. The apartment was fantastic! Spacious, clean, quiet, and had everything we needed, from linens to kitchenware. Pictures don’t do justice as to how spectacular the views are and how quiet and relaxing it is. The checkin and checkout process was a breeze. The Royal Flamingo grounds are beautiful and meticulously kept with 3 quiet pools to choose from. A car is definitely needed, but grocery stores, pharmacies, beaches, shops, etc. are nearby and the apartment has a perfect gated and secure parking with direct lift access to the apartment floor. Overall, a car is recommended if you are staying in Costa del Sol. Paulo was great host and it was very easy to communicate with him. We are looking forward to coming back again next summer! Thanks for everything Paulo!

Los Flamingos Stay

Stayed was a family with 3 young children. Apartment was very spacious and more so than what photos show . We were very impressed with the apartment , location and surrounds as a whole. The grounds and gardens and pools are all well maintained. The area isn’t as far out as it looks on the map and puerto banus,Marbella, Estepona all easily in reach with a car. A car is a must. Only thing we would suggest is a welcome book in the apartment to advise how to work everything. We managed to work the aircon after trying a few buttons , but due to living in Scotland this isn’t something we are familiar with. Check in the security were very friendly and helpful, but limited English. Thankfully we had a translate app on our phone and managed to communicate to get the keys and directions to the apartment. Contact leading up to the stay was efficient , although there was no phone number left for during the stay other than that on VRBO which I got no answer from. I only called once at check in. Otherwise no issues and all very smooth. One other thing I would recommend is inspect repellent as there is lovely greenery around the apartment and pool side. Overall a fantastic stay and we would definitely come back and recommend

Fue una estancia perfecta. La casa genial, con la tranquilida que buscabamos y a pocos minutos de Puerto Banús, playas, y comercios. Un entorno espectacular un muy mut buenas vistas desde la casa. Paulo fue muy atento en todo momento. Muy recomendable

Mucho que mejorar

El apartamento era grande y bonito con gran terraza pero tiene muchas cosas que mejorar. Apenas habia menaje de cocina, solo 1 habia 1 sarten, por lo que tenias q cocinar las cosas de 1 en 1, no habia batidora, la pedimos y nos trajeron una rota y muy sucia, 3 radiadores no funcionanaban, el agua caliente iba mal y un grifo estaba roto.

Casa impecable muy limpia y amplia terraza espectacular tranquilidad y seguridad 100% garantizada.

La casa esta dentro de un complejo de urbanizaciones pero es muy facil llegar no tiene perdida. Si quieres tranquilidad silencio y descansar este es tu lugar ideal, mas vale que tengas planes o te pasaras todas las vacaciones descansando y durmiendo. Es muy acogedora grande y con todas las comodidades aunque faltan cosas por si tienes bebes pero el dueño me prometió solucionarlo y cumple sus promesas, en todo momento muy atento por telefono, no pudo estar pero se aseguro de que todo estuviera bien con llamadas y mensajes eso si durante la estancia no molesto( gracias Paulo). Las habitaciones comodas y baños completos con toallas de sobra. Salon y terraza perfectos y cocina con todo lujo de equipamiento. La piscina muy tranquila muy pocas personas unas 4 o 5 todos los dias creiamos que no habia gente en la urbanizacion pero estaba hasta arriba , todos querian lo mismo, descanso. Por ponerle un pero se necesita coche(para mi no lo es, sabia donde iba) eso si, si vais 2 coches tranquilos hay una plaza dentro del garage muy amplia y fuera hay plazas tambien tan seguro como dentro ya os dije que es una urbanizacion dentro de un conjunto de urbanizaciones(precioso). Muchisimas gracias Paulo por todo, lastima no haberte conocido en persona una semana me parecio muy corta y no acabas echando de menos nada en la casa.

Appartement magnifique

Résidence magnifique, très calme, avec 2 piscines où il y a peu de monde. L’appartement est superbe, très bien agencé, avec 3 chambres qui ont chacune leur salle de bain. Il y a une très grande terrasse avec vue sur mer. Nous avons passé de merveilleuses vacances, nous y retournerons sans hésitation !

We enjoyed a wonderful 2 weeks in this beautiful appartement. The view is magnificent as is the terras. The appartement is spacious and has all you need. Definitely recommendable!!

Amazing apartment

My friends & I spent 4 wonderful weeks in Paulos apartment in December (19). As soon as we walked through the door we knew we were again going to be comfortable so- THANK YOU Paulo for allowing us to stay!! The apartment is incredibly well furnished, clean and spacious with everything you could need- kitchen utensils- a wine fridge :)) .. a lot of space inside & out, lovely washing machine, central heating - which is in winter very pleasant. It was a home from home for us and was maintained to a very high standard. We did not cook or watch TV but you will find everything you need. The wifi worked very fast and without problems! The only thing you have to know is that you need a car- but you have a garage with an elevator to the apartment!  I think it will be also wonderful to stay in summer in Paulos apartment- there is a very nice pool and a well maintained garden. Absolutely perfect for either couples, friends or families. All in all, this is an apartment in a great location with a wonderful host & I definitily recommend it.

We had an awesome stay at the apartment. It is located in a private and quiet area. It had everything we needed in a great location. The appartment has a beautiful view that we enjoyed while having our breakfast. It is very spacious and very well equipped as well as immaculate. We will definitly book it again.

Perfekt

Wir haben hier wunderbare Ferienwochen verbracht. Die Wohnung ist sehr modern und komfortabel eingerichtet. Besonders hat uns die Terrasse mit ihren gemütlichen Sitzmöglichkeiten gefallen, die nicht nur zu einem ausgiebigen Frühstück einlädt auch Abends ist die Terrasse herrlich. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Auch der Kontakt zum Eigentümer hat sehr gut geklappt. Uns hat rundherum alles super gefallen, wir kommen sicher wieder und können diese Wohnung wirklich sehr empfehlen.

Fantastique appartement haut de gamme

Appartement ultra spacieux avec 3 belles chambres lumineuses (chacune avec belle salle de bain, lits king size et couloir d’accès bordé d’armoires ), terrasse couverte ultra agréable pour lounger et prendre les repas avec vue sur mer, cuisine super équipée, buanderie (machines Bosch), airco qui fonctionne bien ( silencieuse et pas d’odeur), le tout au calme et avec vue soit sur mer, soit sur le magnifique jardin. Chaque jour c’était un bonheur de choisir quelle piscine on allait utiliser ( il y en a 3 plus belles les unes que les autres, on y était seul ou juste avec une autre famille, donc jamais eu de problème pour trouver une chaise longue comme lu ailleurs ), et on y accède par quelques pas dans le jardin luxuriant du Resort, Ce jardin est hyper bien entretenu, pelouses dignes des terrains de golf, végétation variée, vraiment paradisiaque ! On était tellement cosy dans l’appartement qu'on avait du mal à se mettre en route! Pourtant outre Puerto Banus et Marbella, on est aussi tout pres du fantastique Rio del Guadalmino, qu’on peut descendre à la nage (cascades, grottes, bassins): une splendide expérience ! Et il y a aussi le magnifique sentier « Acequias del Guadalmino » - à faire absolument ! Le Wifi fonctionne bien. Voiture indispensable (parking couvert gratuit xl) Propriétaire ultra sympa, qui réagit rapidement aux questions et qui donne aussi des conseils touristiques. ON REVIENDRA!

Absolutely fantastic! Great property and very well managed!

We had a great stay in this apartment. It is spacious, incredibly clean and comfortable. Everything we could have wanted was provided. We have often found poor quality wine glasses/plates/cooking utensils in holiday homes, but in this property they were really good quality and there were plenty of them. Facilities are great, lovely swimming pools and a good sized parking space within the secure parking area. Communication with Paulo was great before our stay. We’ve had a great time and will no doubt stay in this property again. Thank you!

Superbe!!!

Magnifique appartement avec une grande terrasse et tout le confort moderne et une belle décoration intérieur. Se trouvant dans une résidence sécurisée et très bien entretenue avec une vue imprenable sur la mer, et la possibilité d'utiliser les trois piscines de la résidence. il y fait bon vivre et c'est d'un calme absolus! Magnifique.

un pur bonheur

Nous avons passé un séjour de 2 semaines dans un cadre idylique, l'appartement est de toute beauté, propreté impeccable et très spacieux, la vue est imprenable. L'appartement se trouve dans une résidence ultra sécurisée avec gardes 24/24, entouré d'une incroyable diversité de plantes, d'arbres etc... Plusieurs piscines se trouvent autour de l'appartement, accèssibles en moins de 5 minutes, propreté exemplaire, un vrai havre de paix ! à recommander vivement en toutes saisons !!! Appartement exceptionnel

L'appartement est conforme au descriptif,3 belles chambres avec de grands lits et une salle de bain dans chaque chambre, le salon est spacieux, et la vue sur la mer quand on est sur la terrasse est splendide, il est très bien équipé, spacieux, très calme, la literie est bonne. Le propriétaire est disponible, prévenant , petit texto pour savoir si tout se passait bien quelques jours après notre arrivée, il est très agréable. Il est impératif d'avoir une voiture.

Alojamento irrepreensível!

A casa corresponde integralmente às fotografias e descrição apresentadas no anúncio. Não desilude em nada! Óptimas áreas, bem equipada, sóbria e com bom gosto, segurança 24 horas e manutenção disponível permanentemente. Excelente enquadramento, em zona calma, vistas desafogadas sobre os jardins do condomínio e sobre os campos de golfe envolventes. Todo o condomínio está bem tratado e limpo. Acesso fácil e rápido a supermercados, restaurantes, farmácias e praias, aconselhando-se o uso de automóvel. O proprietário está sempre disponível para que nada falte. Passámos uns dias bastante retemperadores e o alojamento é o ideal para famílias como a nossa, com 3 crianças, que adoraram as piscinas do condomínio. Para recomendar, sem dúvida, e voltar com certeza em qualquer época do ano, porque está preparada para o Verão (ar condicionado) e Inverno, permitindo usufruir das refeições e momentos de relaxe na varanda, em qualquer das épocas. De todas as praias visitadas, a que aconselhamos é a da Torre Velerín, a cerca de 7 km, onde se pode usufruir do restaurante Chiringuito Torre Velerin com uma boa relação qualidade-preço, um pessoal muito simpático e disponível e cheio de atenções para com os clientes.
